Governments and construction companies realise there needs to be more housing for all the new people who are coming in. They build those houses, creating jobs, paying taxes and contributing to the wider economy.
If you pick up an intro to economics textbook you'll learn that immigrants, in almost all cases, benefit the economy of the country they're moving to.

Salute to Douglas Murray - I am neither a politician nor a European rather an American of Indian origin who finds Douglas so so fact based in his arguments that are seeped in logic and based on truth so people need to understand that what he is doing is what our political leaders aren’t brave enough to do / say or have fact-based conversations lest they get painted as racists etc…why can’t politicians also say what Douglas clearly articulates, he is certainly not a racists because he doesn’t criticise religions rather the inhuman things Islam condones in the name of religion…what is racism after all - that which gets best illustrated by the Islamic values themselves which are shamelessly severely discriminatory, preaching violence against non- muslims. No serious Islamic leaders have ever condemned openly the cruel archaic practices still prevailing to subjugate women and condone killing of others in the name of religion and blasphemy …we need many more Mr Murray in todays politics .. thanks Douglas for staying on course shining the light on real truth and facts but always being respectful to all other religions that do NOT spread violence like Islam does

What exactly is this on reference to? The only accusation that she made is that Douglas Murray is attempting to strengthen the right with the end goal of destroying liberal institutions. Seems pretty accurate. Doesn't seem to apply to her.
