Bot lane carry role is the most underutilized role. People default to picking ranged AD champions, and on the rare chance will pick a ranged mage. A melee mage is about as far from what people tend to think goes in the lane. If it was gold and below games, people would surely give up and grief on simply seeing singed bot on their team.

Nah singed is too hard to use (surprisingly) by meta abusers. Plus bot singed is hard to pull off without duo support.
always best to first time champs in ranked, you get a true setting or how hard it is to play with it vs decent players
