Haha!! I couldn't help but laugh when Zavian started yelling "wooohooo" driving those backroads. I am one that is really scared of interstate driving for some reason but have absolutely no trouble with narrow and curvy backroads because I spent a lot of my childhood/teen years in Kentucky and roads are similar. It can be so sketchy though for sure! I am glad you all were able to have fun even though the spider fiasco was insane. The cabin you ended up in was gorgeous!

Glad to hear you had some fun despite all the craziness. Did you pump or wean Journey before this?
I pumped while I was gone! She did surprisingly well with just a bottle of breastmilk before nap and before bed! She has whole milk now with meals.

Looks like it was a great trip, minus the spider/bug infested first cabin you were in. I would have freaked out but my husband probably would have went into cardiac arrest if we saw spiders coming out of the jets, because he is more afraid of spider's than I am lol
The cabin you ended up staying at was gorgeous! That would be like my dream house!
The spiders were in OUR BED too! When I tell you it was my worst nightmare... there was no way I was sleeping there lol. I definitely wish we could have skipped that part of the trip! 🥴
