I made my garlic honey mixture few hours ago and now after seeing all the videos about how fake Chinese garlic, I’m finding it hard to consume, I don’t know where to buy organic garlic here in China, such a pity, maybe I stop eating garlic till I’m out of china.

In year 2017, China planted about 950,000acres of garlic, exporting quantity is still number one in the world. I don't think it's easy for people to pollute garlic in such a huge quantity. It's just normal planting. Toxic soil, plant won't grow long and last, I think it's common sense.

Did you come to China? Did you see how people bleach the garlic?

China has 3kinds of garlic, one is normal white with purple stripes on it, another is pure white garlic, the garlic skin is white and clean, the 3rd kind is solo garlic, only can be planted in mountains and special climate. I think people don't know the truth shouldn't mislead people.
