A general overview and what to look for on your gas or propane fired tanked water heaters. This includes some safety, function and operation items that should be in place for proper and durable operation of the water heater. Though not a comprehensive dive into the units this should give the homeowner a good starting point and knowledge of the water heater and how to identify some common issues with the unit.
