Reagan was so great! I wish the 80's is back!!! I wish the gipper is back!!
How many of those delegates were there thinking "Why can't he run again for another term?"
This was a speech that gave me hope when I was 14
Possibly one of his best, if not the best speech he ever gave.
God bless Ronald Reagan. He was a once in a lifetime leader.
One part of this video that was cut out was the sheer amount of time the applause went on and on when Reagan came out. The crowd really loved him and knew his second term was coming to an end. They restarted the introductory music for him when the crowd wouldn't stop cheering and applauding.
Every American should be proud of this great man. His undertsanding of Humans and the dignity of people in general makes him stand out. I'm not even from the states and yet I still feel attached to this honourable gentelman. Reagan R.I.P. The world needs another President with your vision and charisma..........
Thanks for the uploads! Long live Reagan Foundation
What a true gentleman,,, What a galant statesman... and what a great leader!
Thank you very, very much for this video. We need to see more like this! Ronald Reagan is a hero and I love him! Thank God for Reagan!
And for the unborn, quite simply, shouldn't they be able to live to become children in those classrooms?
~Ronald Reagan
While he might not have aged so much in appearance since 1980, the President did appear much older at first: his voice was not as strong, and his delivery was slow and at times, breathless. And then, six minutes into his speech with a joke about being so old that he can remember Abraham Lincoln’s first convention speech, it was as though a light was switched back on, and the President came back to life. His delivery became strong, his timing perfect, and the crowd responded with the love and enthusiasm with which they had always greeted the Great Communicator.
+Ciaran Ryan Yes - a good remark. As if he suddenly got an injection of adrenaline. Like a different person.
The GOP needs a new idol. They haven't had a good candidate since HW Bush.
+Mrpastry909 Enter : Donald Trump
Is there a video showing Nancy Reagan's address at the 1996 Republican Convention on behalf of her husband ? I would love to see that. Thank you Reagan Foundation and thank you President Reagan for all that you did for this great country !
thedecider1984 - The video seems all right today. Any other issues?
He was old! 77 years old. This is a good speech, a bit uneven, sometimes very strong. Obviously not one of his classics, but I liked a great deal of it!
captainscott2 - We will have the 1992 convention address uploaded within the next few weeks.
Coolioman07 - We will have the 1992 convention address uploaded within the next few weeks.

44:41 GREAT LINE
The key words to learn here..... We must be proud again to call ourselves Republican."
@Here4Years Didn't the tea party revive it?
@captainscott2 it was uploaded 2 days ago
How are they extremists?
Reagan 2012
10:10 Right On
These days, the Tea Party and other religious groups would call Reagan a "RINO"...
Why do the conservatives make such an issue about President Obama using teleprompters? Reagan and everyone else used them.
Because Reagan COULD speak without a prompter, whereas Obama barely can stammer without one.
Reagan is dead. Do you have anyone current to compare the current President to? How about Old Weapons of Mass Destruction Bush?
Ricky Town Because Obama can't speak without a teleprompter.
People who say things like, "if you disagree with me, you appear mentally deficient" are the essence of American discourse.
That is a talking point. That is not true.
IMDB says Reagan is arguably the most successful actor in all of history. Its true when you think about it, and made me laugh my ass off.
