Welcome to Sameena´s kitchen
Lebeniye Soup is a creamy Turkish yogurt soup that has little meatballs and chickpeas and rice and ends with a super delicious mint butter sauce. This soup is traditional mainly in the eastern side of Turkey and is welcome at all meals.

Materials⁚
for the meatballls⁚
300 g minced meat
1 onion
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup of Oil
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon dried Mint
1 cup of Rice (wash and soaked)
1.5 liters of Water
1 bowl of boiled Chickpeas
1.5 glass of Yogurt
juice of half a lemon
1 Egg
1 tablespoon of Flour
1 teaspoon of Salt
