Another great video, Some good golf despite some bad weather again 😂.
Once the summer comes and hopefully some better weather the golf will improve, There’s always some really good shots and some shots that are frustrating.
I myself have felt like I’ve gone back and got worse but that’s just golf 😂
haha we do pick the days dont we haha.
heres hoping in the warmer weather drier fairways then yes the game gets easier (he says)

Struggling at the minute Lewis, joined a new club with Debi and BLB. My handicap has gone up to two, hopefully I'll get a handle on that once ĺ stop losing plugged balls 🤣🤣🤣
Or maybe a comment I got on the last short is true? "Probably the worst swing I've ever seen" don't you just love keyboard coaches 🤣🤣🤣

Mate there are so many miserable people on the world that need to bash people to help them. I always see it as a positive, think of it this way TH-cam doesn't see it as anything other than engagement so they are actually helping you 😂 I always reply with thanks for the engagement.

Only time I get upset/annoyed is if they say something about Debi, which thankfully, is possibly only twice in five or six years...and 'he' got lambasted in the comments by others,I just thanked 'him' for taking the time to comment 🤣🤣🤣

I had one that said something like. I couldn't watch more than 10 minutes, annoying voice terrible golf. I replied thanks for the 10 minutes of engagement 😅✌️

Unfortunately, I played exactly the same as you in your vlog during my first competition of 2024 and degraded my Hdcp...... now 17.7 same as you my friend😭 .......but golf is golf !!!!! I I really like your vlogs being real golf with ups and downs 🙂 Look forward to the next one mate

Just when you think spring has arrived and the good weather has arrived, back comes the wind and rain and kicks your teeth in 😁 That round didn’t go to plan did it, never mind, just flush it down the bog 🚽 and move on to the next one (round that is, not bog!) i absolutely love the 5 wood. it has given me that reliable club in th ebag just to get me further down the fairway.
haha i did message lab and credit to them they did reply but i am not quite big enough to work with them but i hope to do so in the future. i do need to really look at putters though as the blade isnt helping me.

@@GOLFDAYS I think PXG do putter fittings at Brentwood GC, at least they did, probably still do. They’re not bad, I had one. I went to American Golf last year looking for a new putter, tried virtually every putter they had, left and right handed (lefty options are limited), with advice from the assistant I ended up with a putter I never thought I would like in a million years, an Odyssey White Hot Versa Strokelab #1. I never putted well with blades, and never liked Odyssey putters, but it was perfect…apart from the £250 price tag!!😬 Go to a golf shop and try every putter, and work out what type of stroke you have. Here endeth the lesson 😁

My putting has gotten better at home on a 10 foot rug I putt to a quarter anything putter head short and a foot past I’ll take as a good putt for my standard two thing get that it’s the putter out of your head if you believe you have a bad putter you will hit bad putts “it’s never the arrow it’s always the Indian “ little Oklahoma saying the putter is just a tool your swinging make a two foot box around the hole putt to the box then go to a one foot box in your mind little short or little long tell yourself it was still a good putt I hit my box the putts will start dropping when that confidence gets up one other thing that helped me is after I hit the ball I keep my putter going towards my target either the hole or spot I picked out on the green

@@GOLFDAYS I have definitely seen that, Benton Hall is a tough course on a nice day. I would have faked an injury half way round 😂 Played Sunday morning and it was impossible to judge where to aim as the difference between a gust and no gust was a good 20 or 30 yards.

Personally I think you’re doing ok. The conditions at the moment don’t give you a fair chance. When the warmer weather comes you will see a difference in the way you play. My putting needs some help so I will be booking a lesson with Craig soon. So keep looking up and when you see that yellow ball in the sky your HC will come down. ⛳️

@@GOLFDAYS By the way, the only posts you can't move are the white OOB posts. The ones holding the rope put up by the green keepers, can be removed if they are likely to affect your shot, as long as you replace them after.
