Hi, Giulia! Definitely a snowflake😁 I always wanted to know how do you pick recipes for your videos and where do you get them? Is it a recipe from a book or you found it online or it's a family recipe? Always have been curious about that😊
@@aidakalybaeva758 Hi Aida! Thank you for your comment. Great questions. It really depends. Some recipes I get them from my grandma or my dad just like the tomato sauce and the giuggiulena ones. Other recipes are from online inspiration with my own twist like this brioche. I've seen many on the web and I experimented a few times with different combinations until I liked the final result. Lastly, I also share recipes that I just come up with. I hope this clarifies it. :)
@@GiuliaArdizzone Oh wow! That's so cool! So much work and creativity goes into your recipes. Thank you for responding btw, great to know some of the behind the scenes of your process 😊
It’s so attractive and I just tried and found that my dough is so dry, is 500g of flour with 150g milk enough hydration or it’s my problem? Thanks for your advise in advance 🙏🏻
I am curious to know, does it look more like a flower or a snowflake to you?
