That is hard to hear about what happened to his dad but it's so heartwarming and inspiring to know that he can share that moment and the I love you dad message is so sweet. It's amazing what the generation will do next, beating Tetris, literally hard for me to fathom lol I am terrible at Tetris lol I think I can only get to like level 10 or 12 maybe at my best ha ha 😂 I am much too slow a problem solver and can't think ahead.
i tried to do his "rolling" technique but i just couldn't figure it out. my fingers just won't "roll" the way his do. even with a glove on. amazing he could play the game with the controller upside down too.
Many of retrogamers have consumer-grade CRT TV sets but John Connor has professional display from TV studio. Old industrial equipment made to operate for centuries.
i fixed mine years ago with a bit of surgery on the pins. i basically just bent them all back to a more cartridge gripping position again. still works fine to this day.
Dude also has an NES Classic Mini Console, awesome
0:49 those lights are so dope I'm actually jealous

I lost my dad the same way, he had a heart attack while playing Skyrim, I found him. Great kid, Godspeed fellow, Gamer!
Im extremely happy for him, he inspired me to start playing and although i cant roll Im tryna get a new highest score each day
And this is why you need to let your kid be introduced to retro games.
