Wow, it looks like a really good job, although just letting you know that the motors on these types of fans known as a “ring blower“ Will always be spinning with a 2 pole Motor(2800 rpm 50 Hz/3600 rpm 60 Hz), so potentially if you want to redo the motor, try doing it as a high speed motor

I noticed that on the reassembly he didn't replace any of the gaskets, nor any air filter. This thing will be clogged very quickly. Also, as mentioned by someone else in the comments, the terminal box doesn't fit because the stator was put back the wrong way around (front to back). And the yellow color paint job leaves much to be desired. Should have left it grey. The end of the job looked a little botched, maybe he ran out of time? Anyway, thanks for sharing nonetheless.

That has to be one of the most disgusting before item that I have seen in at least 5 years. WOW. Nice job!!!
I AM very inquestive person like to see inside things a lot but replacement back is quite a bit of Big sized jobs for me did fitter job's can unfit thing's but can't fit them back to orginal sized bugs games objects
Too bad the stator housing is the wrong way around.
Now the terminal box does not fit.
