Hi everybody. Today we want to send our viewers a huge 3-phase motor restoration videos fully. This motor has been operating for a very long time, resulting in poor heat dissipation, causing the motor to burn. This restoration videos we will repair, Rewind and refresh them.
Motor uses 380v electricity and has a capacity of 55kw.

Note: the process of testing the motor uses 220v electricity, so we have used a few tricks to avoid the problem of shorting the line.

Quite a risk to your reputation to not inspect the bearings and their fit in the endbell housings. A bad bearing fit can be the CAUSE of the burnout to begin with.
Thank you for the reminder . but that's the engine owner's love. They don't want to replace the bearings until they're broken.

I do machine work regularly for a motor rewinding shop. They are extremely fussy about the bearing fits and their reputation is strong. A customer cannot be right if they have no clue what they are talking about. They are relying on YOUR expertise. Checking the housing for wear doesn't mean new bearings necessarily, although it is false economy to have a rewind go bad when it could have been checked.

die dementsprechenden Messungen und einen Testlauf.

30 лет назад наши моторы так не разбирались, обмотка как кость, из пазов уж точно не выколотишь, сутки выпаривали в какой то едкой жиже. Витки в пазу не болтались и моторы служили десятки лет. В те бы времена да современный изоляционный материал, сносу не было бы! У меня пылесос Вихрь в гараже 61 года, всё ещё жужжит. А сейчас всё больше кисточкой пропитывают обмотки,.

Да. Раньше было на совесть. Обмотки пропитывались изоляционным лаком под вакуумом, запекались в печи. Поэтому и сейчас многие экземпляры движков тех времён исправно работают, хотя им уже более 50 лет.

Вот это я понимаю - качественная работа!!! Однозначное одобрение таким мастерам!!! Подшипники зачем менять, если они не шумят. А красить наверное нужно было некоторые элементы в разборе, например, крышку вентилятора изнутри.
Да он сгорит через месяц 😂
реальность . Серебряные шарикоподшипники очень дороги в наших краях. Бесполезно заменять их, когда они не сломаны.
@@zORSAz C такой защитой, как на нем была, вполне возможно. Дуга плавила пластины железа статора, но он еще пытался работать, вместо предохранителей наверняка болты были воткнуты. Судя по тому что в угли обмотка со стороны колодки выводов, а с другой не пострадала - влага через незакрытую колодку видимо попала в обмотки.
Я бы сразу лишил бы премии такого работника за несоблюдения правил техники безопасности.
@@zORSAz согласен, железо прожженное, косинус будет плохой, я обычно такие двигатели списываю, перематывать их себе дороже, лучше сдать в металлолом и взять новый.
Незнаю що коштуватиме така "реставрація", але думаю новий чи тим більше б/у купити перспективніше.
да, покупка их новыми обеспечит производственный процесс, но в реальности их стоимость слишком высока, и владельцу мотора это не по карману. но с дешевыми моторами они не могут работать.

Работа конечно хорошая ,но я обратил внимание сколько лишнего провода находится не пазах ,ведь работу производят провода находящиеся именно в пазах ,это существенный недостаток АД.
