    Delicious and Healthy Millet Recipes for a Nutritious Meal | | How to Cook Millets Perfectly | Ragi Roti
    1. Whole moong and foxtail millet stir fry
    Ingredient list:
    2 cups boiled foxtail millet.
    1 cup-soaked moong or sprouts
    1 cup finely chopped vegetables.
    1 chopped onion
    1-inch grated ginger
    1 tbsp oil or ghee
    2 green chilies
    1/2 tsp. red chili powder, garam
    masala, black pepper, cumin seeds
    and salt to taste.
    for raita
    2 cups hung curd.
    1/4 tsp. black pepper powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    some chili flakes.
    1/2 cup grated cucumber
    handful of coriander leaves
    serves: 3.
    Calories: 250 kcal per serving
    2. Coriander Millet recipe
    Ingredient list
    2 cups boiled foxtail millet.
    2 cup chopped vegetables.
    2 tbsp wood pressed coconut oil or ghee
    2 green chilies
    1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
    some chili flakes.
    1 cup coriander leaves
    4-5 garlic pods
    Cooking time: 15min.
    serves: 3-4
    Calories: 227 kcal per serving
    3. Ragi chila
    Ingredient list
    Grated cucumber 1/2cup
    Ragi flour 1/2 cup
    Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
    Coriander and cumin powder 1/2 tsp
    Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Finely chopped green chilies 1tsp
    Grated ginger 1 tsp
    Flaxseed oil or ghee
    for shallow-frying
    Water as required
    Prep. time + Cooking time: 15min.
    serving size: 4 crepes
    Calories: 95 kcal per crepe

    The recipes are very nice but you have missed a very important step. You should never discard the water in which you soak millets. One should cook it in the same water as per Dr. khaddarvalli.
