It was so hard to find a PM in Canada several years ago because it was so popular. The leather empreinte version came out with a small price difference so I was attracted to an all leather bag. It was also a wait list item. I finally was able to get one in Nice, France (perfect embossing and made in France!) I love the bag and it is so convenient- especially the back zipper pocket. Unfortunately I never really reached for it. I think just cause I bought it in black empreinte leather. It was too dressy for a casual style bag. I should have bought monogram. But I ended up selling mine, the buyer was so happy because there was a price increase and mine was pristine! I think it’s a great bag! The reverse mono is also so nice!

You’re right, it is such a carefree bag. Empreinte leather is also so durable! Perfect for on the go with kids!

😄😄 I'd be happy too if I bought a bag for the price before the price increase! I definitely prefer the pochette Metis in the monogram canvas, however if I did go for the leather it would have to be in that beautiful creamy/beige colour they currently have 😍
I know right?!...Even I was shocked then he told me that they didn't repair the strap, next time I'm near an LV store I'll ask someone else just to double check because I do think its such a waste!!

Hi Tiana, 🧐I think this was the right time for me to watch your video. I am thinking to sell mine as I haven’t reached for it in probably two years lol due to covid and buying so many bags lol. Great review! Take the strap back to another boutique and try with a more professional manager, tell him/her that you age willing to pay for the repair, even if you do pay it’s better than buying a new one.
Awww noooo!!..You can't sell her, she's a great little bag 🙈... But I totally understand, if you don't reach for her because you have so many other bags and prefer to use them instead then there's definitely no point in keeping. I'll try a different boutique when I'm near one again, I feel bad going to the same boutique I went to and asking someone else because the guy who helped me was really nice and I don't want to offend him by not taking his word 🙈🥺... But no worries, I was definitely not buying a new one, I'll just find someone who isn't from LV to repair☺️ xx

I was thinking of selling it to buy it in empreinte leather. But whether a canvas or leather, it will wear out eventually. I’ll go keep on enjoying my chocolate peanutbutter PM. Such a great daily bag!
I think it's so easy to forget how much we actually love certain things when new things come along. It's like the old gets replaced with the new momentarily...Until the old becomes new and the new becomes old...And the cycle repeats over and over again. 🥰💕 xxx

I bought a bag for my best friend before. The details of the *condup* bag are very rich. The replica is very exquisite. The stitching, interface and leather are great. My friend likes it very much.

Loveee the video 2 things I bought my pm 3 months ago I started having glazing issues in strap I called customer service they said to sent the strap and they will give me a new one so try that . Also I would send in photos of the purse guarantee they will send you a new purse it shouldn’t crack I’ve seen 20 year old Louis with no cracking . Worth a try

There's a protective cover you can buy to protect the hardware. I protected mine from the get go.

My son just turned one I’m getting a little bit out of the baby bag ,so I’m getting this next week.
I use to hate Louis Vuitton so much, it’s kind loud and screaming for attention uponuntil I became a mum… they are so good, light, classic in someway and so easy to clean. It’s difficult to avoid the scratches on a leather bag when I chasse my kind around… love your video and your Metis

The actual bag itself isn't very heavy at all, so if it were to get heavier it would be because of the items put inside it as opposed to the actual bag. I have no issues carrying it around and its never been a bag i thought was heavy ☺️❤️ xxx

Hi! I am delighted with my Pochette metis in black leather. I really want to buy the reverse monogram, but with the current price (€2150) I don't know if it's worth it. Being canvas, is it worth paying so much for a bag that is not made of leather? They scare me
possible breaks. Another option is the croisette but not I like it alot.😢
Oh goodness, honestly with these crazy price increases and when i think back to when i bought mine, if i had to pay today's price i think i'd have to pass as i don't think paying over €2000 for a none leather bag is worth it, and it will crack eventually for sure, and that can't be repaired unfortunately...I'd say look at a something else for that price 🥰🤍 xx
I was looking into getting the pochette Métis, but I’ve been seeing a lot of bad reviews on it, so I purchased the Coach Cassie which is similar to the Métis. Best decision I made.

What??? Bad reviews on pochette Métis 🤔 that’s crazy this bag is the best ever worth all the money I paid for mine…The Coach Cassie is literally a cheap knock off of the pochette Métis! You should of just purchased it..
@@tanyaperales6681 the way Louis Vuitton quality is going, I rather spend around $300 for better quality than for something that’s over $2,000 that looks cheap. I own vintage Louis Vuitton, and I can tell their quality went down. Coach has stepped up their game and their bags are worth it for the quality.

I bought a Neverfull ( weeks before they announced the price increase) and I can tell the difference between my vintage collection and the Neverfull, and I can definitely tell the quality difference. Louis Vuitton’s quality has definitely went down hill and got the nerve to increase their prices and not their quality. Sorry but Coach and Tory Burch can have all my money or I will continue buying preloved on older styles.
You really need a contract deal with Hermes or LV cuz girl you are so amazing describing them.... Or you need to dive into sales cuz wow .... You sell anyone on a bag... Love you...

Shame haver got protected legs at the bottom. Can that be put on by LV ?
You should take it back to LV and ask them to exchange it due to cracking. It really should not crack after 3 years; these are meant to last wayyyy longer.
But bare in mind, I did use the bag almost every day... I think it would look pretty silly of me to go back after almost 4 years of use and be like 'I want a brand new bag because of cracking'...They'll probably laugh in my face 😅😆 xx

She used it for four years almost everyday and they still repaired her bag for free; she only paid for shipping. That’s an honorable business practice and you want her to scam a new one from them? I’m in the US, same thing happened to my strap and they replaced it with an new strap, took about a week. Also didn’t have to pay anything. Maybe try another LV store.

I'm in the US as well and I'm having some peeling issues on the canvas...they are going to replace the entire bag for me. Is customer service in the US a little better? I'm surprised they even charged you to repair it and wouldn't exchange the strap🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I exchanged a limited edition mirror baseball cap today because it had small scuff marks on it. They told me when I dropped it off that they can't sell it and it will get destroyed! So had you returned your PM, they would have given you a new one and destroyed the one you returned! Talk about unsustainable right?

I love Coussin but girl has got bills lol , a friend at my work place introduced slaybags to me and i googled ,saw good reviews about the quality of the bags so i purchased the mm from there and omg i love it , the quality is almost like the real and it came with card and receipt as well . I am happy hopefully i can get the real deal some day .Just sharing.
