I love how everything in this channel is based on video evidence, and the general theme that there are many correct variations to every stroke. Keep up the good work!

    Thanks for the video lesson.
I still see Federer finishing the whip at 4:47 (when the buttcap almost faces the back fence) on his right side unlike the FH which finishes the whip on the same side as contact. The Federer video possibly comes from Love Tennis (Roger Federer Backhand Slow Motion 2019 - Court Level View [Tennis One Handed Backhand Technique]) and most of the backhands in that video seem to me to finish the whip either even with the body or on the right side.

hey styv, yes and thats a little logic because in the Forehand your shoulders are parralel to the net when streching or whipping that stroke and in the 1handed Backhand your shoulders are straight to the net, so if you stretch forward in both strokes1 will be on the side (FH) and the other in front (BH)
You will see in the 2handed backhand (nadal) that its again on the side because of the shoulderturn in the stroke.
      tx for the comment

why cant we wipe the serve?

    • @bmtspain6839

Because in the serve the wip Motion goes in full flexion which can cause injury , where in FH and BH you just pass the neutral position which is not dangerous for injury
