Well for me a handball throw can help to find rhythm and coordination but they throw forward and sometimes downward ( in the low corners ) where a volleyball serve still goes up to have that curve over the net. That’s my idea
Is it ok if to first learn the flexion way and then move to the pronation way later on? Thank you for this video! Very easy to understand. I'm excited to try it out.
@@stratuspei9405 it’s not a problem , and a lot of people have that because they want to go over the ball. Also depending on what level you want to get you make a choice. If you want to go to higher level playing competitions I do recommend pronation serve which you will have in all 3 serves ( flat , slice , topspin ) . If your a local club player just want to have fun with friend you can go for flexion.
Seems to me that on a proper relaxed serve, with continental grip, both pronation and flexion happen to a certain degree. But pronation is more pronounced. Which technique allows the most powerful serve?
Thank you very much. I repeat myself, but you deserve way more subscribers and clicks.
Easy to understand as always
Great tips!
in my opinion instead of volley ball serve motion - much better analogy would be HANDball 7m penalty throw. Let me know what you think!
