I guess I never felt like AU would get JuJu but yet here I am disappointed. I’m not that high on Lacey and don’t think we have a shot with Deuce Knight. Just hoping for some real momentum around Big Cat at least.

I could not care less what kids decide to do in the birmingham area as far as where they go to school. If anyone gets the chance to go to Thompson to play football I would encourage it. Could have been his family looking out for him. Silly to make a call like that on a 16 year old - C5
@@AuburnDaily_ I don't know what you mean by Birmingham area. You don't mean city, right? You do know where Spain Park is, right? I actually blame the parents for him ditching his teammates. The only reason a high level player in the area goes to Thompson is because they are recruited by Thompson.
@@AuburnDaily_ yeah that's the problem. That's the problem in youth sports and High School sports. These parents will do whatever it takes to get their Kid to the top. Are you telling me If you had a son who quit on his teammates during the season and then the next week was on the Thompson sidelines this would not be an indictment on you as a parent?
I think it would be a bigger indictment on me as a parent to force my child to continue to play on a losing team and not take advantage of resources that could make my child a better player and better prepare him for the future. Also you have no idea their family situation. What if it was legitimate move? Just such an incredibly irresponsible take - C5
