It’s literally the Miracle at Midnight. Ohio State had the game won until Georgia went beast mode in the final 8 and a half minutes. Nobody was watching the New Year’s ball drop, we were watching the game.

@@berniesans lol no TCU played better all game. Michigan got lucky to make it close. Tcu controlled line of scrimmage all game. Michigan just passed well because tcu was focused on line of scrimmage. Sorry when you throw pick sixes you can’t just say oh we played bad. Noo the other team played well and took the ball away and scored haha.

@TheGtrot4 Yeah no, if you watched Michigan play all year you'd see how sloppy that Gane was compared to the rest of the season. TCU played a great game and I don't want to take away from that fact, but the same Michigan we saw all year did not show up to that game.

Just want to say, you got the top 2 games right IMO. I think some people will say Georgia Ohio State for recency bias, but that Georgia Oklahoma game had Crazy momentum Swings from Beginning to end of that game. You knew whoever lost that game was gonna be beyond devastated.
OU was ahead almost the entire game, why not pick one of the Ohio St games that featured drastic lead changes? The 28-3 game sucks for the same reason. The Falcons led the whole damn game
I'm not mad at UGA having 3 games in the Top 3 (one of those being absolute pain for me). OSU/UGA definitely deserves it for the comeback alone.

Watching the 4th quarter losing by a substantial amount like any football fan watching your team I was hoping for a comeback. But knew it was very unlikely even for Georgia. But to see the “impossible” happen infront of your eyes and then get to a point where you basically had to pray for a missed fg. To get the lucky miss to ring in the new year. It was elating. Some say that was the real national championship and I agree
Even though we lost to Michigan afterwards, I'll never forget the insane rollercoaster of emotions I had during that Texas Sugar Bowl Game earlier this year. That final drive alone cut my life expectancy in half lol. Hopefully we can find our way back in the playoff soon. Go Dawgs

Offensively, Michigan did better than TCU. Michigan had too many costly turnovers that turned into TCU points. We know this because TCU got demolished in the Natty. So hindsight, TCU was grossly overrated.

Rewatching that Fiesta Bowl vs Clemson gets worse as the time goes by. Even the creator of the video showed the plays that went ALL Clemson’s way. Refs hosed Ohio State.
The targeting and incomplete pass calls were bs and totally changed the momentum of the game

The thing I don’t like is that in this example, and a lot of other similar situations like this, Trevor Lawrence ducked down so of course the defensive player is going to hit him in the head/neck area. The game happens so fast so what is the defensive player supposed to do when the offensive player lowers his head first. I just feel that the “targeting” penalty is miss used as a lot of the times a flag is thrown for it, the defensive player wasn’t trying to cause an injury, but like I said the game happens so fast that these plays just happen sometimes

@parkerberry4622 I truly believe Lincoln Riley leaving Oklahoma was the best thing for Sooner fans. He's a guy that appreciates effort on defense, but doesn't prioritize it... obviously, because he's an offensive minded coach. However, being the HEAD coach, you HAVE to care about your defense. Now, USC is suffering from this. Maybe one day, he'll learn, but those Oklahoma teams will forever remain one of, if not the biggest "what if" CFP teams in playoff history.

that Rose Bowl might've been the best rose bowl of all time. as a Georgia fan I rank it #1 as the best game I've watched ever.
