anyone who want to install piston pump new rotary kit should do the technique in 8:15 , this is the correct method to check whether the valve plate actually sticks to the cylinder block or not even they got it brand new.

I would expect to see micrometers, feeler gauges, new parts, new gaskets and torque wrenches in use. Followed by some actual pressure and leak-down tests. Didn't see any of those so I can only assume it's going to work maybe 15% better than before at best.
