Jessica reminds me that the internet, TH-cam, and AI are all mirrors. Jessica is successful because of simple things like her humanity. She's relatable. This quality will allow her to compete with AI, because AI struggles the most with simple things like trust and relatability. Just like humans do. Mastering the simple things requires a subtle hand and a nuanced touch. You can't hack your way through the simple things. It's very hard to learn how to be likeable and relatable. But if you start here, you might go somewhere.

AI isn’t going out and making content or products all by itself. There’s a human initiating the work.
So you’re not competing against AI. You’re competing against people using a new tool. No different from people who use photoshop, a word processor, or a paintbrush.
Some people will use AI beautifully and you won’t even know. Some will use them without finesse. Just like all our ordinary tools.
I would 100% buy a checklist. If I had one a year ago telling me what I needed and what I couldn’t bring to the UK it would’ve made everything so much simpler

Hi Jessica, a couple other successful bloggers suggested selling items that are otherwise offered as freebies in blog posts (ie, checklists and worksheets). In fact, they do this...people buy them.
How do you feel about that?
My thought is..what if they found/purchased my digital worksheet on Pinterest, then read the post where they could have gotten it for free?
Will they feel duped?
I would avoid doing that for exactly the reason you stated.
So if you’re giving away something for free, don’t charge for it elsewhere.
Or offer a basic version for free and sell an expanded version.
The expansion doesn’t have to be huge. Just enough so that when someone buys it and then they see your basic free version they don’t feel ripped off.
Why nobody explains what’s a template 😂
lol a template is basically a layout or the foundation for something you are trying to create. Example, If you wanted to create a TH-cam Content Calendar using clickup and Jessica created a video showing you hers in ClickUp, She has essentially added all of the necessary things to make it usable for a youtube channel. If you like the setup that she has already created you could purchase her "template" so that you don't have to spend hours learning how to get it the way that she had hers. All you would have to do is add your video details. I hope that helps!
