I love this. I find that my audience retention is low a lot of my audience came from shorts and they don’t watch my long form content for long periods of time.

I would like to point out that you repeated yourself a couple times and there was a couple times it was difficult to follow. But we did watch the whole video to get all the information out. Hi Jessica, any idea at what point the "other videos your audience watched" becomes available? It would be SUPER helpful, but at 115 subs and 5000+ views on my channel my YT Studio is still saying it doesn't have enough relevant data to show that info... 😞
@Laurie Russell Design This is a very helpful question! My channel doesn't have this information as well. I'm still trying to grow.
My other channel had this for a short period of time, and it hadn’t had it again. It doesn’t seem to always be available. My other channel has almost 150k views and almost 1.5k subs.
Oh Laurie I was trying to figure that out myself this past week. I think I figured it out. As of January 22, 2021 , I have 977 subscribers on ONE of my channels and over 200,000 views. Now for one of my videos that has 55,000 views the data shows up. However, for the majority of my videos data does not show ( I do not have enough views for demographic data and other information to show ) . Now recently I would have thought that one of my videos that recently surpassed the 3,000 view mark would show it does not.
It appears that you have to have over 10,000 views on individual videos for the data to show for that particular video. For the channel, it may take a while.
So I would say keep plugging along learning and promoting your videos through social media or a website if you have one. Learn as much as you can about search engine optimization and creating attention grabbing thumbnails.

My channel is too small and I don't have the analytics for what else my audience is watching, but I LOVE the idea of trend hacking my own videos from the last 28 days. - I'm also still trying to figure out who I'm similar to, so that's been an interesting journey.
I love watching your videos - I was hoping to be able to do this but I have so few views I don't even have that section "other videos your audience watched" lol Oh dear lol thanks for your wonderful accent! I love it
I have 2 separate channels with 2 separate audiences, but I always mention the other channel in each video somehow and I get lots of new subscribers going back and forth.

I watched your channel, Sean, Roberto, Nick and Annie etc...recommended by youtube. All of you have similar content, but different presentation and different style, no competition at all.
It's also really interesting because I started as an educational platform for personal growth, but my vlogs are currently getting the most views.
at 21:33 it is ok to watch their video- here's why: they may have left something out that you can EXPAND on, or fill in A GAP or see what QUESTIONS their audience are askign in the comments! So that is totally valid- as research,. This was super helpful- I had heard it before but the way YOU explained it just got into my brain. I've already found who I will ask for collab! Thanks so much.
