Wanna invest in Malaysian stocks? Don't forget to use our link themillennialfinance.com/rakuten to get 500RT Points! What's your favourite Malaysian dividend stock?
haha no such thing as a noob question man. honestly i don't really like those companies long term prospects. personally believe that demand will fall once everything passes over
Hey Nizam. I guess you're right, it was meant to be very simplistic in terms of talking about the strategy. I usually never go for dividend stocks but the strategy is to go for the Malaysian ones instead :) A lot of focus on Maybank & TNB though!
Hey there! Unfortunately Malaysian stocks don’t rly have automatic dividend reinvestments bcs we don’t do fractional shares. Some stocks like Maybank do provide a dividend reinvestment plan though, so check that out!
@@omarmokhtar3988 Don't think theres a huge difference in terms of usability, but Rakuten definitely has the lowest fees in the market, plus you can sign up completely online. That's enough for us haha
Good info but very hard to focus when your hands keep moving about all the time. I think you're the only presenter I know who can't keep his hands still.

will do, glad you enjoy it!
Is Top Glove ok for dividend investing? I see the yied is quite healthy.
Don't give out advice here, but would say look at the company as a whole rather than just dividends!
Tq bosku . Noted 👍🏻
No problem bro!
does dividend % affect my market price?
Yep it can. When companies pay dividends the stock price usually drops by the same amount
FYI Allo is laying fiber cables for the telcos
Yep aware of this too!
Same thoughts... Malaysia is lacking of growth stocks unless you churned out profits from rubber stocks last year
Unfortunately so. And those stocks are really one off as well, reversion to mean is coming as demand isn't sustainable
@@MillennialFinanceMalaysia yeap.. Buying at the right time and price is critical... Unfortunately not now
Noob question here. Why not gloves company such as top glove and hartalega?
haha no such thing as a noob question man. honestly i don't really like those companies long term prospects. personally believe that demand will fall once everything passes over
can you recommend any good and reliable brokers to invest in foreign stocks?
Personally like Webull, but IB is good too
U spoke about the Maybank & TNB stocks but lacking details on your dividend stock investing strategy, as per your video title?

Hi, can i ask about how to do dividend reinvest in rakuten?
Hey there! Unfortunately Malaysian stocks don’t rly have automatic dividend reinvestments bcs we don’t do fractional shares. Some stocks like Maybank do provide a dividend reinvestment plan though, so check that out!

@@MillennialFinanceMalaysia if possible, may i ask you to do a video on how to do dividend reinvestment plan using rakuten. It would help a lot.
