    Very informative video. Shariah-compliant REITs is not much in BME but at least your video give us some idea too.
    Btw, as a millenial, can you give an opinion on fsmone and how to pick a good unit trust to start investing.
    Thanks

    What do you think about Al Aqar Reits?

    • @MillennialFinanceMalaysia
      @MillennialFinanceMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly considered including this because I like the healthcare sector, but unfortunately I'm not sure if they can manage to grow their # of properties which will be needed if they wanna increase revenue/earnings

    Minimun Reit investment? I hear investment gurus says you must going in with 5000++

    • @MillennialFinanceMalaysia
      @MillennialFinanceMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Technically you can invest with a few hundred ringgit. Its of course more efficient if you have >RM5,000 but I'd say even around 1.5-2k is OK assuming the fees are RM7

    Is Malaysia Reits had a dividend reinvestment option?

    • @MillennialFinanceMalaysia
      @MillennialFinanceMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Lee, glad you found it useful! Yep, I believe some of them do have the DRIP option. Axis REIT used to have it, just need to check whether its still the same now

    What's your take on gold investment, physical & digital, such as Public Gold? Would love to hear your opinion!

    • @MillennialFinanceMalaysia
      @MillennialFinanceMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Glad you learned something new! Honestly not a very big fan of gold, the value is too strongly tied to what people believe its valued at since its not a productive asset. Can be a good hedge but there are alternatives to it.
      Just my 2 cents though, maybe I'll do more research on it then come up with a video!

    Yup, agree 💯% when it comes 2 buying properties. U didn't mention syariah compliant REITs. If not mistaken, there are only 4 listed in Bursa and they don't look too good HAHA 😹

    • @MillennialFinanceMalaysia
      @MillennialFinanceMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Your channel is very informative for malaysians but may i suggest you try limit the awkward hand gestures coz you look so unnatural and uncomfortable 😅 Try to relax your shoulders and maybe not use both your hands all the time. You can check out andrei jikh’s hand gestures, super comfortable and easy to watch. Hope this helps!! ❤️

      I think it’s great, the ‘awkwardness’ is authentically millenial. I personally enjoy how TMF’s videos are presented, hand gestures included. It feels different (in a good way) from the many other creators out there.
