    hi, does anyone know how many days does it take if i make a transfer from simple to 1 of my investment portfolio? thinking will it be immediate/be lesser lag time since it’s a transfer within stashaway itself...

    • @MillennialFinanceMalaysia
      @MillennialFinanceMalaysia  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey there! I haven't tried this out, but don't think it'll be immediate since StashAway has to sell the investments from Simple and then reinvest onto your other portfolio. Could be lesser time that withdrawing the money completely though :)

    Hi guys, i was wondering if stashaway simple is similar to asb financing? And if it is which one would you prefer to keep your savings

    • @MillennialFinanceMalaysia
      @MillennialFinanceMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hey ameerul, thanks for the question!
      StashAway Simple is like a fixed deposit (FD) without a min. lock-up period meaning you can withdraw your money anytime. The underlying asset is Eastspring Investments Islamic Income Fund, which is shariah compliant and you can expect returns similar to fixed deposits or better.
      ASB is an investment fund managed by PNB. You can also withdraw anytime and returns are higher than FD or Simple, but it's only available to Bumiputeras and capped at around RM400,000 paid capital.
      ASB financing is a method that uses leverage (debt) to invest into ASB. With this method you can increase your return on investment over time, but you also have to know what you're doing and risk taking on debt.
      Hope this helps, let us know if you have other questions :)

    Hello Sir Emir! I could you help to give an updated review of Stashaway simple? or perhaps the differences between Stashaway portfolios please? I am new to your channel, and I LOVE IT!
    I got burnt trading Forex before, and would like to change my tactic to investment, and I think your channel is really perfect for it, awesome contents and very relatable info for someone who live in Malaysia :)
    Keep on making awesome videos, and Kudos to you!

      @@MillennialFinanceMalaysia Thank you so much bro! A quick question, which one do you think is better to keep money, KDI Save or Stashaway Simple? Unfortunately Versa and Go+ are not an option for me, since I am a foreigner 😬

    Quick question, when we use stashaway, do we still need to open cds and trading acc?

    • @MillennialFinanceMalaysia
      @MillennialFinanceMalaysia  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No we don’t! We don’t do any of the trading per se as StashAway does it on our behalf. It’s a very simple signup process :)

    I mean honestly, investment isn't just about knowledge but balls LIKE TONS OF BIG SAGGY BALLS
    Like if you studied everything about it but a small dip is enough to make you jumpy, then bank is just enough for you 🤣
    I invested RM 100 right away after I read their " patch note " on stash away simple, and returns? Well RM 0.08 if you're wondering as of this point today when I'm writing this comment . Decent? Bad? Well money is coming in I see nothing to complain on 🤣
    I can definitely see myself invest more on July , diversify man . That's the key
    And decent video as always, you're doing the honoured work lifting others up. Hustle hard ! See you at the top !

      In terms of how the portfolio acts in giving returns, its actually quite similar. Minimum risk, dividend payout style.
      There are some small differences like frequency of payout, dividend %, liquidity, how they invest the money.
