Thanks for the ride. I moved away from Denver just after T-REX was completed. I-25 between University and Broadway was always sunken, but it was susceptible to flooding. T-REX improved the drainage along with organizing the intersections with the cross streets. I remember when there were no exits north of 120th Avenue until SR 7.
Ha, this video came up in recommended so I watched again. I can see I commented a year ago. Since the video the toll lanes on the north side have been completed. CDOT should get an award with how long they took to complete that project. I believe it took 7 years just to add one lane.
Can't wait to see what the reconstructed portion of I 70 will look like here in a couple years

Great video! Just drove this stretch tonight. Nice drive and even some racing going on. Lol. This place is growing so fast that I wonder what it will look like in 5 years.
I'm glad you enjoyed! Yeah, Denver along with most of Colorado is growing at a rapid rate, although, I wonder if the ever-growing number of wildfires each summer will cause at least a few people to move away.

We were there the first week of September and recorded with a go pro, but I haven’t seen the video yet. We went to airport and then south on 25 to Pikes peak
