That lady who was standing with the stop sign at the railroad crossing...and why is she even there? Whoever her employer is sure is wasting money, lol.
that's what I'm wondering ok the gates are down so hes not goin to go through them theres a stop here on red sign to the right plus he has a red light and to his left theres a median and again infront of him the gates are already down so really its pointless for a person to stand there with a stop sign for whatever reason I don't get it
The Regional Transportation District has been having problems with the automatic crossings for this new train line, the one that goes from downtown to the airport, something about the timing on it is not up to snuff as far as the Department of Transportation is concerned, so while the contractor is trying to work the bugs out of its software, the DOT requires there to be a flag person at all of the crossings, just in case the gates don't go down properly.

I live in Colorado, and that's the RTD A or G line. I know because they're doing maintenance.
