Be sure to read the video description for resources that'll help! Best wishes, and remember: if you have pelvic organ prolapse, you don't need to fear movement. There is hope. There is help!
Thanks, Bri! This video is a great explanation for me. I recently started doing deep squats in a long-spine position (at different speeds - sometimes very slow) and have found them most beneficial for everything below my waist.
That is great, Annie! Keep it up!💜

Great info! Something we're all curious about!
Well done great work this help me to relax.
Thank Dr bri these video's are very helpful for mi just got surgery getting help just what I needed 🙏🙏
Excellent information thank you!
Thanks for the helpful info. I have a question. Should I hold in my stomach ? I have just realized that I do it constantly.
I watched your prolapse story. Did you run and do interval training when you were treating the prolapse? I am wondering if I can continue doing burpees and things like that with a slight prolapse or if I should just stop it altogether.
I place a Yoga 🧘♀️ block while squatting
Is squatting with hand weights ok? I want to work on building pelvic core strength while also increasing my butt and thigh muscle strength and size. I don’t know if these are compatible goals.
How are you now
Hi I've been following your videos now for some time and enjoy them. I am 7mths into retraining my bowel and bladder and doing kegal exercises for bladder prolapse /grade 3 to 4. I was improving greatly until 2 wks ago when I developed chest infection with alot of coughing. Things have gone backwards now. I assume I just keep going with the kegal exercises. I don't have much energy at present for much else. I got kegal cones but as my bladder seems to be dropped all the time now I doubt if there is any point?? I am quite active normally and have been doing alot of your exercise videos. I'm 66yrs old. I'm also inserting 2 vagirux a week.
Please refer to this free prolapse guide for additional information on prolapse www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/guide-to-prolapse We recommend reaching out to your healthcare provider to ask them about the changes you are feeling. They will guide you towards the best treatment plan for your needs. ~Vibrant Support
Unrelated question: I got one of those UPOWEX waist trainers free (I had to pay shipping and handling). This thing looks dubious to me. I put it on and I felt it might make my prolapse worse, so I don't use it.
What is your opinion on items like this? Thank you.
I don't advocate anything that pinches around your middle. This can cause a lot of downward pressure on your pelvic organs, and can lead to decreased muscular activation in the muscles of the core.
@@vibrantpelvichealth Thank you for the information. I'm glad to know I was making the right decision on this.
Can it be done after C Section?
It's a good idea to consult with a pelvic health physical therapist. They can provide personalized guidance and recommendations based on your specific condition and needs to ensure that any future exercises are safe and effective for you. ~ Vibrant Support
