unlike the rude comment I read in here earlier, I Thank You for all your talking!!! The more you talked the more I related!! which is a HUGE sigh of relief at not feeling so alone as I just discovered I have a prolapse yesterday... out of TONS of information I've read & videos I've watched, you are the most relatable and helpful to me so thank you sincerely.. yesterday I felt like I was so broken, literally falling apart :( .... today I have hope! So Thank you again!
LOL - thank you!!!!!! I truly believe that knowledge is power, and the only way to truly heal is to get to know and understand your body. So thank you for your kind comment and your support!
I'm a sufferer of bulimia, and something no one tells you is that a huge risk of bulimia is prolapse.. I'm 24 and so embarrassed and ashamed. I feel too young to be dealing with this. Thank you for these videos. Very helpful. Will be seeing a PF physio therapist next week.
omg! I had no idea about this. i struggled with bulimia for 10 years and though it doesn't control my life anymore, still have occasional episodes. Now I wonder if that's partially to blame for my prolapse and not childbirth like the doctors automatically point to.
I believe young women should know about this situation before it happens and it could be a part of a daily exercise to strenthen core muscles . Health care workers often refer kegles without identifying alternatives. Children could do these exercises . I was advised to exercise, but the exercises I encountered and practiced may have caused more damage because they did not consider the problem of prolapse. I liked your explanation how postureplays a part in prevention. Its the first time I have heard or seen an alternative to kegels to strengthen the core muscles without further damage., . Thank you.
I agree! I never knew! I knew to do kegel exercise for urinary incontinence but thought that was a truly minor thing, but the idea of women walking around with their bladders hanging out because their pt thought it would be traumatic to talk about really ticks me off! We need education, not coddling!
I had a midwife massage my uterus back to its normal position, now all symptoms were gone. A midwife also suggested to put your pelvic under a layer of pillow and then massage your lower abdomen going to your stomach. Do it as often as you can. This usually works with minor prolapse.
Could you expand on this please? do you message straight up the middle, the sides, or a combination? pillow more on the butt lvl or towards the lower back? How long did the massage take? Thank you!
You are an angel. Truly. I was feeling so so scared before coming across this video. Thank you for all of the help and information you provide in this video and all of your others. You are generous, kind, smart and beautiful, a true blessing to the world.
Thank you, for sharing this information. I'm not a doctor, but, I know multitudes of women worldwide that have experienced natural childbirth (and have had many children up to fifteen and more) and vaginal prolapse did not happen to them, but more importantly, most women worldwide have never heard of such a thing... However, careless, negligent medical professionals facilitating surgical procedures (and other medical procedures) can cause vaginal prolapse. Therefore, it appears that careless surgeons and their physician assistants are causing vaginal prolapse. So, all surgeons and their assistants should be properly trained to be extremely careful when performing any kind of uterus, vaginal, cervical or childbirth procedure since a woman's vaginal canal (and other body parts) is very strong but can be broken down and/or severely damaged if far too much pressure is applied the wrong way when using vaginal opening instruments or other types of surgical/medical tools... ALL surgical procedures should be videotaped from beginning to end, no exceptions, to prevent medical/surgical malpractice.
I’m 10 weeks postpartum and this woman right here has gave me so many amazing tips. I learnt I had prolapse 1 week after childbirth and I found her channel and I’m nearly completely symptom free because of her. I have tried so hard to keep up with her tips about posture, toilet habits, bowel movements. I did her lift programme (going to start again today as I’m still pretty weak and would love to try again). I went to see a women’s physio and she was shocked at how much I knew with breathing and doing my kegels all because of this woman. It’s felt like it’s taken a long time to get relief from my symptoms and I still have a long way to go as my pelvic floor is only at a 2 (weak) so hopefully I can get to a 4 or 5 out of 5. I’ve also been taking it easy with lifting and only lift my son and nothing heavier than him and I walk everyday but I don’t walk too far to give my body a chance to heal x
Thank you SO much for sharing!! I am so glad that you have learned so much! Yes, take it slow! If you have any questions please ask! Have you heard about my FemSquad? You can learn more about it here: gum.co/femsquad"
I do not find that you talked too much, your presentation was very informative and helpful. I often find that not enough information is given, and personally I need a lot of reassurance I am doing it right until I really get it. Not everyone will agree, however at least with lots of info you can take what you need and discard the rest, and those of us who need it all are also helped. I would probably give up if I was not sure I was doing it right, and so your style is just perfect for me. Thank you - I have subscribed, and as a Complementary therapist will be networking your channel where appropriate to my clients. ❤️
Laura, thank you for that! I'm so glad you appreciate the info... I too want to know the "why" and the "how" behind things, which is why I tend to over-explain at times. ;) Thanks again for your support, and also for sharing my channel with appropriate clients. I have so much in store for later this summer and plans for the Fall... This summer I'm hosting an "Ab Camp" focused on safely strengthening the pelvic floor + core, and in the fall I have several interviews lined up with pelvic health experts as well as videos focused on yoga for the core + pelvic floor. Stay tuned!
I have done the little exercises in your video and right away I felt a little bit of a difference. I loved your explanation of why the posture matters so much. I really hope this issue can be fixed without surgery. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
You're welcome! And YES, so much can be done with simple postural adjustments and lifestyle changes (i.e. lifting correctly, exhaling with exertion, preventing constipation/straining, etc.). All my best to you!
kokia05 , hai here is one more tip if it could help ... take methi(fenugreek) seeds & soak 1 to 2 tsps will do .. early morning consume it along with jaggery & ghee (clarified butter.. pure cow ghee is better) ... u could do so for two to three weeks ... this tip is from Ayurveda ( by guru vagbhatta) & it works great for uterus displacement... also amalaki rasayan ( from Ayurvedic store) will help to strengthen the muscles around ... try it along these exercises... get well soon
I watched and followed along, and could tell by the way it felt that it was what my body has been needing. Kegels actually left me feeling more tense and achy, and no stronger in the area - to be fair, I don't think I have been doing them correctly, but this is engaging a much wider range of muscles all through the region, all while encouraging release of tension. My daughter is always getting on to me about my posture, lately. For me, it's been a vicious cycle for about 9 months; the more I don't feel well in my pelvic region, the more I slump, and therefore I continue to feel badly. Practicing these exercises, along with practicing good posture daily, is my new goal. I feel empowered by your thorough explanation and instruction! I have a wellness checkup scheduled for January, including a pelvic exam, so I will be discussing all of this with my doctor then. In the meantime, thank you for some much needed physical relief, and a feeling of hopefulness.
I had my doctor say "yes" you have prolapse. But she said nothing will help and there is nothing you can do about it. And she was a very sought out, prominent women's health doctor in the Boulder Colorado Area. And I BELIEVED HER! Wow.
Even if it can't be reversed, you can absolutely work toward preventing progression of the condition and take steps toward improving your pelvic health! Have you checked out my "Lift" series? This is the most informative, helpful video that I have come across. I have been terrified & somehow this gives me comfort when my own doctor could not. Thank you a million times!! I will be doing these daily. Tysm!!
Thankyou. I was horrified a couple of weeks ago, at a routine pap smear check, when my doctor told me I had a mild prolapse. This has given me confidence I can reverse this..
I know this is an old video, but I needed it today. Just had my 5th baby 8 weeks ago and have been having posterior prolapse symptoms, and have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. There have been a lot of emotions today, and your video made me feel hopeful. Thank you so so much. I’m a Pilates instructor and found your tips and exercises to be spot on and super helpful.
Thank you, Charlene! How did the appointment go? Don't overdo it! Take care of yourself! When you are ready, take a look at my Lift Series --> th-cam.com/play/PLDputRBPsHFRw1KSB9o89XeNbTuD-Wi0t.html
FemFusion Fitness my OB confirmed I have a “minor” bladder and bowel or rectal prolapse. She told me it’s normal and that my pelvic floor is still healing and weak from childbirth- I also gave birth to a nearly 10 pound baby and he was a shoulder dystocia and got stuck 😳 So she assured me it should heal with a lot of Kegels and time. However, I immediately went home and signed up for your Lift series, have been following your lifestyle tips and feel so much better already!! Thank you again for everything you do. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
hi I came across this video when looking for an exercise that i could do to strengthen my pelvic floor, im 65 years old and have been diagnosed as having a moderate prolapse. at first i paniced as hadnt a clue as to what this was, but was sent to see a physio who has basically told me to excersise the pelvic floor, however your video has explained to me how i should do them and also the ball and the butterfly, so ive started a new routine, thank you so much for this video xx

Thanks sooo much for this video. Four years later and your still helping people with this information. I just turned 30 and I'm looking forward to starting a family soon. I've been paying closer attention to my body. I've always had very strenuous jobs that involves heavy lifting. Some of the older women I work with have told me that if I don't stop lifting the way I do I may get a hernia. I started feeling slight pressure on my pelvic wall sometime ago (when using the restroom) but since my gynecologist never said anything I didn't either which is my fault. Now I know I'm not crazy and i can do something about it.
I have had a sensation in my vagina for 2 weeks and after a lot of googling I do believe I'm experiencing a mild prolapse. I'm recently 29, have given vaginal birth 3 times. Was suggested to do kegals after my 3rd baby to avoid prolapse. This was nearly 6 years ago. I'm planning an appointment for exam, but was looking for ways to find comfort in the mean time. Just propping my butt with a pillow has relived a lot of the pressure, and doing a few kegals actually felt very comfortable. I've had so much anxiety since symptoms began, but I'm pretty confident this is what's going on down there. In frog squat position my cervix is very low, but not yet protruding. This video was so informative! subscribing for more exercises/relief techniques!

I was looking for exercises to do to help with a possible prolapse, which is a bit trickier to get diagnosed these days and your video was the first one I found that explained so well and actually shared exercises I could do to help with the discomfort and pain that comes with this type of situation!!! Subscribed right away!!! Thank you so much!!!💖💖
I am 71 previously I was very active but not so now. I still hike about 30 miles a week. I just discovered I have a prolapsed bladder. Will it go away in time or is it now my new best friend. I bought a belt support which makes it possible to even run a little. So I’m not certain what my future will be. Tomorrow im beginning a ten day hut to hut hike in the white mountains in NH. I will be wearing my belt support and going for it. This is our 50th anniversary celebration.
I am a men i had prolapse , i have surgery and prolapse is back abit , but trust me i have real life experience with this problems , kegels do more worse than good....they really destroy your pelvic floor.....try to promote recovery without kegels.ty
You give so much hope to so many women... I feel little by little better and better... and this feeling keeps me follow all of your workouts. Thanks a lot! Tatiana, Russia
Thank you sincerely! I fully realize, that in order to solve the problem, that one should be understood, investigated and taken care of... patiently and mindfully... listening to the body and learning from its reactions. So I am genuinly grateful to you for all that set of workouts. And I get a nice esthetic feeling folloing your prorammes. You inspire a lot of women by your example! Thans a lot!
Can we use a block instead of pillows? I feel like crying right now 😭..relieved to find videos, but stressed out at the same time. In my mid 40s and just diagnosed. Doctor gave NO info. Just said do some kegels. I can't do kegels.
I have a slight bladder prolapse, beginning stages, my doctor said i can get surgery if i want and i want to but online it said the results can only last 5 years, do you think with these exercises it can make the results of surgery permanent? Btw thank you! And women in the comments you are not alone, i am 28!
Thank you so much for this! The explanations were fascinating and really helpful. After over a year of dealing with prolapse I finally got the courage to go to a physical therapist. The assigned physical therapy exercises did not include proper breathing technique and so that part of your video was especially helpful. Also, it was equally helpful to hear about difficulty with full pelvic floor release and as soon as you started describing it it suddenly clicked for me. So thank you for getting the information out there and for taking the time to help women like me!

I will be 3 weeks postpartum tomorrow and I discovered what I suspect is a prolapse of my cervix yesterday. I am feeling incredibly upset, depressed and embarrassed right now. I will be doing your exercises and seeking medical help to try and fix things.
Please know that A LOT can change, NATURALLY, as your body heals after childbirth. Definitely start with my exercises/info and see your healthcare provider, but again... in my experience, three weeks postpartum is so early in the childbirth recovery process, that -- as long as you take care of yourself and practice good posture and body mechanics -- you may see improvement NATURALLY over the next few weeks/months. All my best to you!
I had a baby 5 weeks ago and I have a prolapse, I'm 25 and this is my second baby. I didn't even know what a prolapse was until it happened to me. I wish we had better education about our bodies! Thank you for this video!! I needed this 🙌🏻
You're welcome! So many people don't know about prolapse until it happens to them... It's a shame! If you're looking for a program to help, check out my 5-week Lift program. You can learn more about it here - bit.ly/getfemlift
hi I Have just been diagnosed with a minor prolapse, I am 30 years old, 3 kids. youngest is now 4. symptoms came on all of a sudden in the last week. Feels heavy and like something pushing down. Im so scared but have started doing these and will update you as to how I feel in a month or so.
I think you are awesome! Thank you. I love that you stress to go see the doctor (even though I don't really want to, I will make an appointment) and that you have given us a place to start. I have been reviewing many sites the last couple of days. You make it so easy. Thank you!
Awwww.... THANK YOU! What a sweet comment. Glad you're going to see a professional who can evaluate you in-person. If you haven't already, I encourage you to check out my "Lift" program. You can sign up for free weekly emails/videos here: femfusionfitness.com/lift-pelvic-organ-support/
Would consider a follow up video on how to sit properly? I feel like I stand correctly (saw the Hip It video) and will practice zipping up, but what about sitting? I’m wondering if stretching out on the couch at night where my pelvis is tilted is an issue. I had to sit on the exercise ball a lot with my last pregnancy where I finally had an anterior positioned baby. (Other three were posterior)
Great suggestion, I'll put that on my list of topics to cover! In the meantime, sitting is very similar to standing, alignment-wise. You want to sit tall on your sitting bones (butt bones, or ischial tuberosities to be anatomically correct). Keep your pelvis and spine "neutral," which means that you must make sure your bum isn't tucked under and also that your low back isn't overly arched. Keep your lower ribs down (not jutting forward) and keep the crown of your head lifting toward the ceiling (no forward head). Shoulders wide and heart open. Hope that helps!
Thankyou for sharing this! I was told just to put my bottom up, no excersizes. This makes so much more sense! I'm 10w pp now and hope it's not too late to fix.
Thank you so much for your videos on this issue! I came across this issue at the age of 27 after my pregnancy and had very little information given besides I can get surgery or look into therapy or a pessary which my doctor couldn't even provide information on. I will be following your videos to see if I can get any relief or help!
Thank you so much for this! I knew I had DR but I just underwent surgery for what they thought was endo pain, during surgery they said I had prolapse instead... they (like you said in another one of your videos) didn’t catch it during an exam because I was laying on a table. Anyway thank you fir the helpful videos.
You're so welcome! Have you seen my "toothpaste tube" vid to learn more about how everything is connected? th-cam.com/video/WjbwpmWjz08/w-d-xo.html Also, I wanted to make sure you're signed up for the "Lift" emails... If you're interested, femfusionfitness.com/lift-pelvic-organ-support/ Shine on!
This is super random, but - did you record of these videos in Germany by any chance? I know you're based in Oregon but some of the interior settings of these videos look exactly like the house I live in in Germany 😅 so grateful for all you do and looking forward to local support from a physical therapist, but also employing your course alongside in English 🙏
@@vibrantpelvichealth that's too funny! I was like... there's no way those Jalousien are in America... 😅 I've been here for about a decade now, too. I did the classic Rückbildungskurse after both my kids' births but feel like I haven't been listened to by my doctors enough here :( Curious what your experience was with PVT in Germany. I'm starting your Lift course and finally found a therapist in the next town over from me, hoping I can advocate better for myself going forward 🙏
This exercise is **pelvic floor aware** meaning that specific cues are given for breathing and technique. This keeps the exercise "pelvic floor friendly" for people with all sorts of pelvic floor issues, including prolapse. That being said, I can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for your needs. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Talk to your local pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized medical advice! ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
Thank you what was so helpful is that when I start doing Kegals I really statrt to feel sore all around my lower body which I find wuite frightening and makes it hard to walk comfortable. I have not found any one to helo me with this and the knowledge that I might be over working the pelvic floor muscles is heloful. I am hoping to let go and do the last two excersizes for a bit and slow down on trying to hard. I wish I could find someone like you here that actually knew what would help.
I'm sorry! Keep searching! We are doing a whole month of Pelvic floor topic in my FemSquad community. You can learn more about it here: gum.co/femsquad
Dear Bri, I did your workouts on a regular basis after the birth of my 1st child (15mts ago) and love them! However I am looking for a Prolapse-friendly warm up which I can do before starting a HIIT session. Workouts that help preparing my pelvic floor basicslly. Can you recommend anything? Thank you so much.
Thank you so much, i found this very reassuring and helpful. The info about posture was particularly needed as my job involves standing for long periods and seems to make the prolapse worse. Thanks again!

Can these exercises be done for retroverted uterus? Not sure if it's from endometriosis or happened pp or both. Either way I'd like to know if exercises are for retroverted as well?
Thank you very much for sharing such information! Especially that kegel may really not be suitable for me. Also thank you for confirming that one healthcare provider opinion is not enough and it is an emotional experience that needs to be discussed by those who experienced it in real time
Thank you for this video! Was just diagnosed and feeling lost, I'm excited to watch all your videos! How often should we do these exercises in this particular video? I already feel some relief, was thinking maybe 3 times a day like my doctor said to do kegels that often but I don't want to overdue it!
Kristen, I actually recommend checking out my Lift series. It's free, and there's a more guided plan that you can follow! femfusionfitness.com/lift-pelvic-organ-support/

Hi, I'm only a 14 year old and I got a bladder prolapse, actually I think so and it's really bad I noticed it but didn't think of it that much, but it got worse so I googled it everywhere and it matched with anterior, bladder prolapse... I'm actually so devastated, I cried, because I couldnt find someone who would get that at my age. And Im so scared to tell my mom. I dont know what to do will this help?😟
Mam.. if you found my comment please please reply... I am only 16 year's old .. I feel something inside .. Maybe i am in uterus prolapse 2 nd stage.. I didn't tell my parents about it i don't want them to worry.. I am scared and worrying too much.. Will your exercise help ???😭😭😭 Please reply.. WHAT SHOULD I Do😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
It would be of great help if you named what TYPE of prolapse you're talking about, either in the title or within the first minute of the video. I wasn't sure if you were referring to uterine prolapse, or hip prolapse, as the video thumbnail showed you doing a pelvic bridge. Since involuntary dropping of the hips while bridged can be referred to as "prolapse", it makes it very confusing without the distinction made in the title or video description.
This is a video for general education purposes about pelvic organ prolapse. For specific advice related to your needs, I suggest consulting with a women's health physical therapist or pelvic health physio in your area.
Dr. Bri. Thanks so much for doing these videos! I am actually dealing with a mucosal rectal prolapse (painful and scary) that was just diagnosed and to say I have been freaking out would be accurate! I would like to know how many reps of each of the ball squeezes and butterfly bridges one would do for a complete set. Also how many of these sets could you do in a day (once, twice daily?). Thanks so very much!!!
Hi Gwen! I'm so glad that you're finding my videos helpful. Reps really depend on the individual; you want to go until you feel some muscle fatigue. For most, that will range between 10-20 reps if you're doing them slowly and with control. REMEMBER ALWAYS TO RELAX/RELEASE BETWEEN SETS (I want to make that super clear, if I didn't make it clear enough on the video, lol!) As far as frequency, focus on one solid session per day. Always start with less than you think you "should" do and work up from there if you feel that it's helping. It's better to start with less than to overdo initially and experience discomfort. Be aware that while exercise is GREAT, it is possible to overwork your muscles which can lead to muscle fatigue and loss of coordination and control. So just judge based on your body. Go slow, tune in, and seek help from a pelvic floor physio for specific recommendations for YOU. Take care and good luck!
Thanks so much, Dr. Bri! I have a consult this week with a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Thank you for writing all this, I very, very much appreciate your help and kindness.
I gave birth 4 weeks ago, I feel something in my vagina, but I don't know what it is, I started perineal reeducation (at home) do you think it could be a prolapse? I am really worried
unlike the rude comment I read in here earlier, I Thank You for all your talking!!!

Stay tuned!
Wife and I watch video, she got right down and tried exercises. Your Video was easy to watch, hear and understand. Thanks
I'm so glad to hear that! Thanks for your comment, and please give my best to your wife!

Did you have to have surgery?
kokia05 , hai here is one more tip if it could help ... take methi(fenugreek) seeds & soak 1 to 2 tsps will do .. early morning consume it along with jaggery & ghee (clarified butter.. pure cow ghee is better) ... u could do so for two to three weeks ... this tip is from Ayurveda ( by guru vagbhatta) & it works great for uterus displacement... also amalaki rasayan ( from Ayurvedic store) will help to strengthen the muscles around ... try it along these exercises... get well soon
Happy Shetty x
Thanks for the video, I tried the exercise and I'm feeling a relief already
Great! I'm glad I could help!
I'm so glad this video left you feeling better, and more empowered. That's my mission! Sending you best wishes.
I had my doctor say "yes" you have prolapse. But she said nothing will help and there is nothing you can do about it. And she was a very sought out, prominent women's health doctor in the Boulder Colorado Area. And I BELIEVED HER! Wow.

This is the most informative, helpful video that I have come across. I have been terrified & somehow this gives me comfort when my own doctor could not. Thank you a million times!! I will be doing these daily. Tysm!!
Do you improved?
Thank You I have a spinal cord injury and this is happening to me now. I will incorporate some of these exercises into my daily routine.
I'm a male and I have prolapse, and I can already tell this is going it help. Thanks for the video!

Did it help
How are you feeling
Thankyou. I was horrified a couple of weeks ago, at a routine pap smear check, when my doctor told me I had a mild prolapse. This has given me confidence I can reverse this..
I'm so glad my video helped, Sheryl! All my best to you.

Hey did u end up getting surgery ? I just got the symptoms and it’s what I have a dropped bladder or womb
Linda Esquivel The exercises help relieve the pressure I have minor anal prolapse (I think, self) and I’ve have experienced such a huge difference.
Charlene Hoit vaginal steaming can help too
FemFusion Fitness my OB confirmed I have a “minor” bladder and bowel or rectal prolapse.

Can this exercise help me with cystocele?
Very positive and tranquil approach. Thank you!

This is awesome. Thanks Dr. Bri Yea my prolapse was missed by many doctors and continues to be misunderstood.
I am sorry to hear that. I hope you find a supportive healthcare provider. You've got this :)
@@vibrantpelvichealth me too. Thank you. I’m so grateful for you and your videos.
THANK YOU! It's midnight here, you should see me with my pillows 😂😂😂 You're awesome

Which belt support do you have? There are so many, it’s hard to know which actually works.
Thank you, I have a bladder prolapse. It’s not severe but it’s there. So nice to have alternatives to kegel exercises.
Wonderful!
Great video. What is the average time to start feeling results? Also, is there a specific way to sleep that would help lift the bladder?
I am a men i had prolapse , i have surgery and prolapse is back abit , but trust me i have real life experience with this problems , kegels do more worse than good....they really destroy your pelvic floor.....try to promote recovery without kegels.ty
How many times a day should you do this
I try this exercise because I have work and I have uterine prolapse for how many minutes exercise and for how many days ,thank you
You give so much hope to so many women... I feel little by little better and better... and this feeling keeps me follow all of your workouts. Thanks a lot! Tatiana, Russia
You are a ROCKSTAR following so many of my workouts! So proud of you! Keep it up
Thank you sincerely!

Now you are fine
Thank you so much for this! The explanations were fascinating and really helpful. After over a year of dealing with prolapse I finally got the courage to go to a physical therapist. The assigned physical therapy exercises did not include proper breathing technique and so that part of your video was especially helpful. Also, it was equally helpful to hear about difficulty with full pelvic floor release and as soon as you started describing it it suddenly clicked for me. So thank you for getting the information out there and for taking the time to help women like me!

In kegel while exhaling we have to squeeze our pelvic muscles or not
Your core needs to be zipped up. This link explains the zipping up process www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/blog/how-to-zip
Hi how are you doing now? I am 3 weeks pp and feel like I may have that as well. Super distressed 😫.
Thank you for giving me lots of hope to move on ......
For hoe many days we should do this
This is superb! I can already feel the difference. But can we do this anytime during the day or should be done only after a cardio workout?
Theresa Joseph you can do these exercises anytime during the day - whatever is convenient for you!
I had a baby 5 weeks ago and I have a prolapse, I'm 25 and this is my second baby. I didn't even know what a prolapse was until it happened to me. I wish we had better education about our bodies! Thank you for this video!! I needed this 🙌🏻

hi I Have just been diagnosed with a minor prolapse, I am 30 years old, 3 kids. youngest is now 4. symptoms came on all of a sudden in the last week. Feels heavy and like something pushing down. Im so scared but have started doing these and will update you as to how I feel in a month or so.
Hi Bevleen, I encourage you to continue with the info/moves in this video and you should find some relief... All my best to you!
Did it help? I think mine was caused by having my tubes tied.
Cristina Relyea interesting, after 3rd baby I had tubes tied. Almost 6 years ago.
Bevleen Rother update?
Can you please share your update?
I think you are awesome! Thank you. I love that you stress to go see the doctor (even though I don't really want to, I will make an appointment) and that you have given us a place to start. I have been reviewing many sites the last couple of days. You make it so easy. Thank you!

thank you very much...I'll try it at home..God bless u.
This exercise help me from the second day after exercise .... Thanks a lot.
Thankyou for sharing this! I was told just to put my bottom up, no excersizes. This makes so much more sense! I'm 10w pp now and hope it's not too late to fix.
What about acid reflux or heartburn occurring in this position?
Thanks a lot!! I must try these exercises!! Namaste
My pleasure! I hope it helps.
Thank you so much for your videos on this issue! I came across this issue at the age of 27 after my pregnancy and had very little information given besides I can get surgery or look into therapy or a pessary which my doctor couldn't even provide information on. I will be following your videos to see if I can get any relief or help!
So glad I can help! Definitely check out my "Lift" playlist as well.

Yes, I did! I lived in Germany for over a decade. Now I am back to Oregon!
I might just live my life upside down from now on 🙃

Thank you, for the information and exercises.
Any time!
Im 60 and having a hard time with exercising. Doc says my pelvic muscle are lock in. Will these exercises help??? No kegels Doc said.
Excellent information, thank you 😀
Thank you for explaining how to perform these exercises, I shall try them.
How often should we do these exercises?
Thank you doctor Bri!
Phenomenal Video! Thank you for sharing and your excellent in-depth explanation.
Thank YOU!
Can someone with a prolapse uterus use cloves
im have a hard time and confusing when to squeeze when exhale and when I inhale . Any tips plz??
Thank you so much I am going to try these actually I have done them already today! Can they be done in the morning and the evening??
Yes! They're very gentle and can be done once or twice per day. Good luck!

Thank you Brianne for this very helpful video. It is amazing how much knowledge you are sharing with us in your videos. xx
I am a few months post prolapse surgery. Will these work for me? What do you suggest for exercise for a non-repeat surgery?!
Thank you very much for sharing such information! Especially that kegel may really not be suitable for me. Also thank you for confirming that one healthcare provider opinion is not enough and it is an emotional experience that needs to be discussed by those who experienced it in real time
Thankyou so much Dr.Bri for all the useful info, you have provided. It really helped me a lot to overcome the prolapse condition.
Thank you for this video! Was just diagnosed and feeling lost, I'm excited to watch all your videos! How often should we do these exercises in this particular video? So no kegels while doing these right?
You can gently engage and release your pelvic floor muscles, as directed in the video, which is essentially a gentle Kegel.

Can we do this in rectocele?
Is this exercise safe to be practiced when you have period ?
Yes!
Same here. Mucosal. Did u get better
I gave birth 4 weeks ago, I feel something in my vagina, but I don't know what it is, I started perineal reeducation (at home) do you think it could be a prolapse? I am really worried
