I’d put them over the eagles as an honorable mention. We knew the eagles would be elite. I would say a 4th category of “meeting expectations” would be most appropriate to describe the 2024 eagles.
The Bills were expected to finish second last in their division behind the superbowl contenders Rodgers and Tua. Instead they are a top 4 contender in a year their "window" was closing and they didn't make a 1st round pick to save money.

He wanted Kliff to be like Dan, that **** doesn't work in the league anymore. This guy can't do that, he's a triangle you're putting in a circle hole. And Kliff I think was the right guy, because he also had issues in his Arizona tenure with tail offs offensively as the season progressed and needed someone to be in the room with him to go they will adjust. Here's what we can do to adjust back. That marriage so far, one season in, has worked with a near total roster reset and I think having coaches willing to point at themselves behind closed doors and ask to call one another out has been noticed by the players in the locker room as well. As a Ravens fan, I hate that the Steelers are good, but at the same time, if the Steelers are weak, then it makes the Ravens less motivated to do better. The Steelers defense has always been Tomlin's primary strength, so them finding the right person on the offensive side of the ball is critical to their success. While both Fields and Wilson have definitely performed better, I still have my doubts with Arthur Smith running the offense.
