The man got me into Pikmin, but *I* am the reason why it's had such an effect on my life. It was *my* love that caused me to cry tears of joy when I played the Pikmin 4 demo, not him. The Steve reference will remain, but only because getting rid of it would require reuploading the whole video and thus killing all the views and comments. this music always hit me i first listened to it when i was 10, after finishing pikmin 2 i knew the pikmins had emotions, but unsure what they felt before i heard this song since then i know the pikmins do not ask you to love them, they're forever grateful that you've made their population grow that they will do anything for you and thats what made me cry, especially after the countless of deaths during my playthrough (curse you man at legs)
I love pikmin they are so cute and brave that they know they are risking their lifes but they dont care bc they just want to help they are too pure for being eated and also i wish pikmin was irl i dont mind if they dont but i will love that for sure but yeah thanks to this song now i feel the true feelings of more than 1M pikmin and i will mention that i felt sad when they die
