Live action and 3D animation is typically on 1s but 2D animation can animate on 2s and 3s. I would love to see someone at least try that in Live action

Every time I see the trailer (as I’m watching a ton of reactions) I get goosebumps. It’s a weird, surreal experience. I’ve been watching this show since Middle school and I’m going on 35. This trailer really makes me feel like a giddy little kid again.

I want to see more of Usopp. But the little we get looks so perfect. Esecially when he’s sitting next to Luffy just chillin. Fantastic vibe of living up the image, but then scared in bad situations

I think i understand why it seems like Kurobi is at the Baratie. This head cannon, but it's even being directed more like a live action than an anime. East Blue has a different villain for every arc, but the point isnt to ultimately fight Arlong, but make it to the grandline in the anime and manga. But in a tv series, they usually hype up a big bad at the end of the season, and so they will be name dropping arlong and teasing his crew and info about him until we finally get to that fight.

I got crazy goosebumps watching this. I’m a real sucker for early one piece, still like it but there’s a heart that’s been missing for me as it’s gotten more traditionally shonen. This trailer has that heart in spades.
But what’s crazy is how they’re changing things, when Sanji was kicking Kuroobi, it was at Baratie and Zeff was to the side of them, and Arlong shows up on the Baratie set too! Very intriguing for even the most knowledgeable of OP fans
I don't know if Garp was at the actual execution, but he did visit Roger in his cell, so that along with their friendship makes it very likely that he was there.
Last night i saw duri g the coby scene, bellamy, foxy, and Cavendish wanted posters, now watching it with you i see dragon in the first scene during rogers excution, hes wearing a green cloak on the right hand side in the back
The devil fruits look good. The characters all feel like they embody their manga counterparts (Roger's actor nailed the Will of D. grin). It has just the right amount of goofy. This really feels like it has the heart of One Piece. I've gone from cautiously optimistic to fully sold.
As someone who was on the fence about this series before, Im sold now for sure thanks to this! Putting pink mamba and Warp in the there was a great strategic move lol
does anyone here can confirm if netflix drop their show all out in one go or is there an exception on some shows cos i really want this to be a weekly thing so the hype and discussion last more this show took almost 7 years for this to happen so i really wish for it to be successful and i think a weekly drop will help it more than bingeing it in one go.

Arlong looks a bit weird but what can we expect. Over all Im very hyped now. Please Netflix dont fuck it up.

However, Netflix has branded themselves as near completely untrustworthy when it comes to adapting other works into live action. If it ends up being great, then fantastic! But if it ends up being bad, no One Piece fan will EVER let Netflix forget it
