    I am 63 years old 8 years ago the hospital sent me home with hospice. My Father at the time was 95 taking no medications. Started me on 4k milligrams of fish oil daily and a gallon of water. Now at 63 I take no meds. My high blood pressure, diabetes, problems breathing, Are gone! The plus plus I also lost 125lbs. Everything mentioned in video is true.. I'm not a doctor. But everyone has red blood. Right now I still do 3k empty stomach daily 4:00 am go back to sleep till 9 I haven't felt this good since high school. It may not work for everyone. But it beats the heck out of laying down to die!!!

    Keep ALL oil in the fridge. Al! Olive (only cold-pressed), coconut, fish, etc. Just take out what you need (with a knife or run hit water for a minute over the bottle) and immediately put it back in the fridge. Forget the "cool, dark place" b.s. Never use any form of "vegetable oil" (including rapeseed = canola) it's rancid when it goes in the bottle that's why they need to de-stink it, that's why it has no smell. Cold=pressed olive oil smells fresh, green and organic when you open it. Keep it that way in the fridge. Keep nuts and nut butters in the fridge too. NEVER touch the bottle of oil on the table (especially places that have outside dining in the sun) at a restaurant unless it smells fresh and the restaurant has good turnover. Eat well, stay healthy!

    Thank you for posting an informative video without trying to sell us something! I'm 70 and have been practicing vitamin therapy since my hippie days. I work 10 hours a day, ride my harley everywhere, and have no major health problems. Is my good health due to the hand full of vitamins, minerals, and herbs i take? Who knows, but i'm not going to stop taking them now. Everything this video said about FISH oil from my experience is true!

    I’ve been taking fish oil for 5 years straight, I’m 24 now and l can tell my skin, nails and hair has improved. Also my joints feels great and no injuries yet even though I work at construction and do some lifting 2-3 per week.

    Since I was a child I've never liked fish, i couldn't stand its smell. I had eye problems and my mum forced me to drink fish oil, it was disgusting. A few years ago I decided to take it because my eye sight started to get worse. I didn't know that it could help me with my depression. I just noticed that when I was out of Omega 3, I felt anxious, slept really bad and felt hopeless.
    I've read that EPA is as effective against depression as a common antidepressant.
    And when you don't get enough DHA, vision problems may arise. The tablets are quite big but with lots water you can manage to drink. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.Here is product.Try it and you will see the benefit :

    Omega 3s also help in building muscle and speeds recovery time and slows muscle atrophy in older people...i just started taking an Omega 3 fish oil supplement as part of my workout plan, I can't wait to see what the results are down the road

      @@martinhawrylkiewicz2025 Yes, preferably taking the pills along with food was advised to me. I too take it at lunch and dinner. Around 500mg/day. To be honest, suppliments doesn't work unless ur diet is religiously maintained. Its boring but I had to cause I was dealing with health anxiety for years! Got involved with alcohol which made it even worse. Good food and supplements have helped me get along with health issues greatly.

    In my experience, taking a certain amount of fish oil can produce miracles, and along with some other supplements, even more than that. Nobody will take care of your body unless YOU do it. Keep going in life!

    good advise! I have been taken Omega 3 for over 15 years and learn a lot of how to choose the good quality OMG3 fish oil. You might look at the label ingredient like the source of fish avoiding the heavy metal, the amount of EPA and DHA, etc.

      @@foziakausar7124 all good but the best --> if can, choose Triglycerides (TG) or Re-Esterified Triglycerides (r-TG) form (some brand mentioned on the label but some not); the best should come with certifications eg GOED, IFOS, IGEN, MSC, IFFO, FOS, GMP etc; choose the one with extremely high concentration (80% & above) or very high concentration (65%-79%) of combined EPA+DHA (not the total omega-3), etc......

    For pregnant women the babies brain starts to develop at 5 weeks and has its biggest growth in the 7th and 8th week. You should may consider taking omega 3 and dha before you get pregnant to help fertility and continue taking through your pregnancy for a healthy baby and pregnancy.

    It's good but yet all fish in sea and fresh water contains lot of toxic, mainly mercury and other hard metal,
    So make sure the Omega 3 capsules bottle contains the label ,which says tested for mercury or hard metal.
    It does not mean it's completely free of it , but levels may be lower ,
    Even with fish it's best to check with your doctor for advice what fish to avoid.
    Better to consume smaller fish; they have less toxic in them because of their size..
    However it is best to consult a marine biologist if you are going to make fish your regular diet or planning to take a regular Omega 3
    Course of capsules.
    No proper data of the percentage of metal level present in each type of fish or Omega 3 capsules are available.
    But Omega 3 Oral capsules provides fast benefits , like in weeks , your skin looks better , ppl with depresssion feel better and more energetic .
    You just need to get more info on the side effects from pollution.
    It's very sad how the oil and plastic industry is going on destroying our food chain and we are helpless .

      I was also told , chemical contamination can get worse by boiling.
      So best do a quick roll boil and leave to cool.
      Greedy men around the the world has left us with little choice in our food and water .

    I took fish oil, within days I had nose bleeds, trouble sleeping and increased joint soreness. I took it as recommended, even tried lower dosage and the side-effects continued.

    The immediate effect if you consume a soft gel capsule is mild to moderate indigestion. It can delay or disturb your sleep. This is my experience.

    NEAR THE END THE VIDEO SAID TO TAKE FISHOIL IN THE EVENING WITH VITAMIN D. HOWEVER VITAMIN D is for Day time and not for Evening time coz Vitamin D interferes with Melatonin levels.

    If the purpose is to get Omega 3, than I think Cod Liver Oil should be the choice. Fish oil is not Cod liver oil.
    Cod liver contains 60% of the oil where as in fish oil which is a mix of all kinds of fish which mostly has oil in the flesh.
    But even cod liver oil after all the processing losses 50% of the vitamins.

      Cod liver HAS omega 3 in it. Its not an omega 3 on its own. Cod liver is taken to get omega 3, as well as vitamin D and A.

    Vitamin D gives you energy so if you’re going to take it before you go to sleep you want to keep it kind of low more like around 400iu and if you’re going to have fish it shouldn’t be deep fried it should be baked or fried in a frying pan with healthy oil or butter also canned salmon is good.

    I take Eliquis and read the label that said do not take if you take anticoagulant. My doctor wants me to take it. He never told me how much. I have Afib. I asked my pharmacist. She said talk to your doctor. ANYWAY???
