Dump out and partition into 2 balls. Pizza typically cooks for 20 min. at 500 F.
I made this and after the first pizza was a tad too crispy cooking it at 500 for 16 minutes I changed it to 475 fahrenheit at 18 minutes. This made the dough crispy like u could easily break the pizza in half but also doughy at the same time with no browning on the bottom. Really good dough and the 00 flour isn’t required just used all purpose. most yeast packets are already a 1/2 TBSP if your wondering too. Make sure to use active yeast over instant
Yea but flour types make a huge difference I like using bread flour but that the one I started with and it’s really good I wanna experiment with eggs I read it makes it more crispy but im afraid to waste
I'd recommend using less oil and after the baking time, crank it down to 90'C so that the dough will have enough time to reduce some more of it's moisture, so that the end result will make the dough less greasy, and not sag when you pick a slice. Still great recipe tho. 👍🏻
When I bake my pizza ,because I have an electric oven and I really hate it but it’s all I have ,I figured out after failing so many times that 475f for 15 minutes is perfect for my pizza .I put down a parchment paper then I oil that just a bit and put ball of dough on it and then ad just a little bit of oil and put Saran Wrap on top and I spread it out using the satan wrap and it works so perfectly then I take off Saran Wrap and brush olive oil all over it ,add a seasoning I have with garlic pepper salt and herbs then I take a fork and punch holes all over it but not on crust and then add my toppings and let me tell you it comes out perfectly cooked every single time but no more then 20 minutes unless you love it very crispy .I’m weird but when it’s done I add honey to my slice and eat it all up
