This interview is awesome. She explains everything so clearly. Her understanding of mental health comes from reality experience, and it shows in the way she explains. I'm glad you've found what works for you: 16:58 - 17:31. Thank you for sharing. I learned lots! 🤯

I love her point with the phone, sometimes someone will feel something completely different than another person. We're all human but we are all different individuals with different mindsets. So everyone has their own mental health some people won't understand but when you are actually diagnosed you will understand, it's not easy

I read that some symptoms of depression also include physical weakness & stomachaches that medical doctors seem to have no medical explanation for and also tantrums and mood swings in children

Mental health conditions are underrated! A lot of people go through mental health disorders in one form or the other especially the youth.

What a succinct description of a very serious and most common condition. Well done for bringing this up and for your guest to be so eloquently succinct in this educational upload.

In a Ghana people with health conditions are always marginalized.
It's no joke. You disclose your health condition and no one wants to hire you.
