Lifestyle is responsible for weight problems . If you can change your lifestyle starting with what you consume on daily basis and how much you eat, add a strict exercise regime, you will do a remarkable turnaround for yourself. It seems you prefer the slimmer look but unwilling to change your lifestyle. You cannot lose weight through detox , that is mad science . It is never too late for a change
