In the clip she is holding a jacket that she is then seen wearing, its possible there is missing footage but i doubt its anothrr staircase she was able to be pushed down and still able to walk out of the bar of. Yeah, it's such hypocrisy. I at least like the people, when they do videos like that, but they make it clear "do not go after X" because the person is handing the legal things themselves. Everyone is viewing this as some sort of ultimate gotcha, but in the hallway the girl has dark hair and a dark tank top with dark pants. On the staircase one of the girls has a tank top, but it's a much lighter colour than her pants, and her hair is also lighter than the girl from the hallway footage.

Wow, for someone with an alleged concussion, she is speaking very clearly, easily, and making perfect sense and appears to have quite the "perfect memory" of what allegedly happened to her. 😮 I've had MANY concussions thoughout my life, I was never able to speak so clearly, even with a mild concussion. And she supposedly received a one FROM FALLING DOWN STAIRS??!! Yeah, don't believe that for one second. She appears completely uninjured, aware, alert, and isn't showing a single symptom of a concussion. Not to mention how she's walking just fine after being "thrown" down some stairs. I don't know about you, but when I've tripped or fallen down a set of stairs, even short ones, I usually don't walk perfectly normal afterwards (can be for a few minutes to an hour or so, depending on how far down the stairs I went). Also, I couldn't really tell, but if she has heels on, it makes it even more sus. Concussion and falling down stairs, combined with heels aren't really the best combo.
Yeah, I've had a concussion that made me feel very off. It was my first one and I even developed a bit of a stutter, though it has gone away since. I still deal with memory issues even 6 months later. My short term memory is awful and if I don't concentrate on what I want to say, and what the point is, I will lose it! So many times now, I'm having a conversation. If it gets diverted even for a second, I will forget and ask the person I'm talking to, what were we talking about? It is NOT fun!
I recently (late February) got my first concussion. I didn't develop speech problems, but I don't talk enough for something like that to be noticeable. Had just about every other common concussion symptom.
@@nightigal Hopefully you're feeling better! I've seen studies that say effects of concussions can last for a long time, even a year or more. I don't think I've personally noticed anything last THAT long, but longer than I would have liked. Usually the speech issues that happen are slowed speech, which other people seem to notice rather than yourself. And of course being at a loss for words because comprehension is affected so speech follows. I've noticed some people might slur a bit. For how severe they're claiming her concussion was, she'd definitely be displaying slowed speech, but she seems perfectly fine.

Even if we were to pretend that she did indeed fall down another set of stairs (conveniently without cameras), you definitely can't tell from the footage that does exist. I have fallen down the stairs and was lucky enough to have far less injuries than she did, and let me tell you; whether you saw me go down the stairs or not, you could tell that something had happened to me after I did. She doesn't even have a limp or show any sign of being hurt or injured. And we're supposed to believe that she had a concussion and was covered in scratches and bruises? I don't believe it. And even on top of all of that, false allegations require a secondary court hearing, assuming the allegations go to court in the first place, meaning that to clear yourself of false allegations, you often need to go through two court cases going over years of your life. And on top of ALL of that, the court of public opinion often doesn't care what the courts say, people care aboot what they feel. I remember some years back there was one making the rounds about how a KFC had kicked out a family who's little daughter had severe scarring from a dog attack that was apparently so bad that it was disturbing customers. Internet outrage was in full swing until it came out that the KFC was like across the street from a hospital that specializes in the reconstruction work required for people with disfiguring conditions like from cancer and severe injuries so the majority of the customers were either hospital staff or patients along with the day the incident allegedly happened, the family hadn't even been there. There was a couple news articles afterwards but more remember 'that awful KFC' and not that the incident was disproven.

Not bragging or nothing to be proud of but I’ve fallen down stair cases before (when I was much younger and drank irresponsibly)… you can fall down and receive only minor bruises that barely hurt. The hangover headache was much worse….

She still lacks the "visible" and "significant injuries" her lawyer claims she sustained. Sometimes, mental health does really eff with you. It doesn't mean that you're not accountable for your actions (except in rare & extreme cases). It's just an explanation, not an excuse. It's the difference between saying "you can't get mad at me because I had a really bad day" and "I'm sorry for what I did. I was having a really bad day, and I messed up. I am suspicious of her story because of a few things: 1. no police report, 2. no evidence of injury, 3. She removed her post quickly after legal action. This was before watching the security footage.

If you FLY DOWN A STAIR CASE, you get injured pretty badly. Ive flown down a few of them you dont come out of it looking like she does. Especially that staircase. The ones i went down were carpeted and just got rug burns and bruises.

Everyone is viewing this as some sort of ultimate gotcha, but in the hallway the girl has dark hair and a dark tank top with dark pants. On the staircase one of the girls has a tank top, but it's a much lighter colour than her pants, and her hair is also lighter than the girl from the hallway footage.
It reminds me of that girl that lied about getting away with drunk driving, blowing way above the drinking limit, by flirting with the cop and even getting his number for a date. The police body camera showed that the cop didnt give her a breathalyzer, there was no flirting or asking out on a date and the card she received was for the police station. I've had MANY concussions thoughout my life, I was never able to speak so clearly, even with a mild concussion. And she supposedly received a one FROM FALLING DOWN STAIRS??!! I don't know about you, but when I've tripped or fallen down a set of stairs, even short ones, I usually don't walk perfectly normal afterwards (can be for a few minutes to an hour or so, depending on how far down the stairs I went).

Yeah, I've had a concussion that made me feel very off. It was my first one and I even developed a bit of a stutter, though it has gone away since. I still deal with memory issues even 6 months later. My short term memory is awful and if I don't concentrate on what I want to say, and what the point is, I will lose it! So many times now, I'm having a conversation. If it gets diverted even for a second, I will forget and ask the person I'm talking to, what were we talking about? It is NOT fun!
I recently (late February) got my first concussion. I didn't develop speech problems, but I don't talk enough for something like that to be noticeable. Had just about every other common concussion symptom.
@@nightigal Hopefully you're feeling better! I've seen studies that say effects of concussions can last for a long time, even a year or more. I don't think I've personally noticed anything last THAT long, but longer than I would have liked.
Usually the speech issues that happen are slowed speech, which other people seem to notice rather than yourself. And of course being at a loss for words because comprehension is affected so speech follows. I've noticed some people might slur a bit. For how severe they're claiming her concussion was, she'd definitely be displaying slowed speech, but she seems perfectly fine.

I have fallen down the stairs and was lucky enough to have far less injuries than she did, and let me tell you; whether you saw me go down the stairs or not, you could tell that something had happened to me after I did. She doesn't even have a limp or show any sign of being hurt or injured. And we're supposed to believe that she had a concussion and was covered in scratches and bruises? I don't believe it. Not even her friend is looking concerned about her, meaning that she's either a shitty friend or this story never happened.

If you say something, and I were to call you racist or whatever, there is no possible way for you to disprove that claim, no matter what you say, no matter what you do. Especially with he said she said cases, if you don't have indisputable proof, the false allegation won't be found as a false allegation. And even on top of all of that, false allegations require a secondary court hearing, assuming the allegations go to court in the first place, meaning that to clear yourself of false allegations, you often need to go through two court cases going over years of your life. And on top of ALL of that, the court of public opinion often doesn't care what the courts say, people care aboot what they feel. For example, there are still many people who completely and utterly believe Amber Heard despite the massively watched public court battle.

I've had personal experience of someone lying to the police & unfortunately being believed by them.
My biggest frustration is people never question these things right off the bat and go and cancel people and business with no proof. I remember some years back there was one making the rounds about how a KFC had kicked out a family who's little daughter had severe scarring from a dog attack that was apparently so bad that it was disturbing customers. Internet outrage was in full swing until it came out that the KFC was like across the street from a hospital that specializes in the reconstruction work required for people with disfiguring conditions like from cancer and severe injuries so the majority of the customers were either hospital staff or patients along with the day the incident allegedly happened, the family hadn't even been there. There was a couple news articles afterwards but more remember 'that awful KFC' and not that the incident was disproven.

Taking a tumble down TWO FLIGHTS of stairs would leave very visible bruises that would've stayed long enough to see in her video, but there are none. She still lacks the "visible" and "significant injuries" her lawyer claims she sustained. If she hit her head hard enough to get a concussion, going down two flights of stairs would've left more than just one injury on her head and they would've been visible, like her face. Because idk about you, but, normally if you're going down a flight of stairs, you're hitting your face at minimum once on somethin and since she's tiny and the security guard is a pretty decent size, she would've hit her head, face and body and even more so, she would've been BADLY Concussed and it would've been hella obvious.

I am suspicious of her story because of a few things: 1. no police report, 2. no evidence of injury, 3. She removed her post quickly after legal action. This was before watching the security footage.

Especially with the camera footage shown by Hubbard Inn showing her go down 2 sets of stairs, at worst case scenario she got pushed down 1 but even in the footage she didn't seem injured, walked fairly good for someone who allegedly just got a concussion, manhandled, and apparently lacerated as well all at the bar.

You’d think if this happened while both of them were being escorted out, surely the bouncer wouldn’t just throw one of them down the stairs, assault and manhandle only one of them, right? In my line of work I’ve seen women lie like this or massively exaggerate things ALL the time for either attention or maliciously to destroy reputation. I’ve seen lives ruined due to completely made up lies.

I'd be shocked if it happened in the 2mins of missing footage, since the footage shows their exit and all parties involved seemed very calm and co-operative. "I've been assaulted, thrown down some stairs,. She says she was hysterically crying afterwards! We see her walking outside. Although is is arguing, she is not crying or hysterical at all at that point. I find it convenient for her “story” that she is grabbed, dragged, and thrown down stairs only while not on camera, but then less than a minute later she is walking out just slightly irritated! That is a quick recovery for someone who just sustained a concussion and “serious injuries”! I think she probably fell after leaving the bar and decided to make some money on it! Big time liar!!!

I mean, lets be real, who the hell would be that dumb to actually hurl them selves down a flight of stairs in order to make their claim more believable when there would be 50/50 chance you die in the process, not to mention the costs of getting medical attention would outweigh any money you might have lost in a simple verbal dispute while leaving. That is exactly why I would have immediately dismissed her the moment she mentioned the stair fall. Even if those stairs were made of some rubber, you still have the same chance of dying if your entire body comes down over your neck like a domino melded into a floor board. Or you die because your spine takes a similar improper flex. Seriously who the hell makes up a story as preposterous as this, and even more to the point, why the hell would people believe it happened given the timeline of events?! The kind of injuries she would have suffered would most certainly have cost her whatever job she was working at for the time. There is drama queen, and then there is drama wench like her.

My only theory (esp bc anyone under 30 knows you’re being filmed everywhere in every business) that I could possibly have is that she just wanted to get like free drinks or reimbursed? Or maybe that security guard said something mean to her and like that’s why she wanted to get something out of it? So maybe she made that video lying thinking that they would offer to compensate her or something but obviously, no because assault is serious… I wanna say I really hope she’s just dumb but like now that she’s being sued… for her own sake i hope she isn’t 😬
If you FLY DOWN A STAIR CASE, you get injured pretty badly. Ive flown down a few of them you dont come out of it looking like she does. Especially that staircase. The ones i went down were carpeted and just got rug burns and bruises.
I was carrying the ice bucket downstairs at McDonalds to get some more ice and I slipped with my ass hitting each step on the way down. I went back upstairs and everyone was laughing and watching the video. It was pretty funny to be honest.

Her lawyers may have instructed her to take down the videos to mitigate the amount of public interest in the case possibly leading to public persuasion ultimately in the ruling. I know this to be at least possible because one time when I had a lawsuit against a former employer, my lawyers instructed me to either private all my social media or get rid of it because he said the other legal team will (not maybe) be scooping my social media trying to use anything they can against me! He said they'll even use it to attack your character. Like even goofy post can be used to say I don't "take anything serious". Or emotional post to say "I'm emotionally unstable"! So I wouldn't jump the gun on why she took the post down.
I love it. Its too easy to just say something happened when it didn't and be believed. I hope this follows her forever.

The reason her clothes looked different in that one video is because that camera is night vision because it's outside. The rest of them aren't cuz they're inside. Night vision sees colors differently than normal vision.
