@@Vexarax from what i can see, it looks like her in the video, the clothes match the same people who were being escorted out.
In the clip she is holding a jacket that she is then seen wearing, its possible there is missing footage but i doubt its anothrr staircase she was able to be pushed down and still able to walk out of the bar of.
She was at the hospital for a cocussion, that could have happened while she was walking home and she decided to blame the bar

Wow, for someone with an alleged concussion, she is speaking very clearly, easily, and making perfect sense and appears to have quite the "perfect memory" of what allegedly happened to her. 😮
I've had MANY concussions thoughout my life, I was never able to speak so clearly, even with a mild concussion. And she supposedly received a one FROM FALLING DOWN STAIRS??!! Yeah, don't believe that for one second. She appears completely uninjured, aware, alert, and isn't showing a single symptom of a concussion.
And she definitely reminds me of my cousin, lies about anything and everything and will NEVER back down or give up the lie even if you can prove she is lying.

I don't know about you, but when I've tripped or fallen down a set of stairs, even short ones, I usually don't walk perfectly normal afterwards (can be for a few minutes to an hour or so, depending on how far down the stairs I went).
Also, I couldn't really tell, but if she has heels on, it makes it even more sus.
Concussion and falling down stairs, combined with heels aren't really the best combo.

Yeah, I've had a concussion that made me feel very off. It was my first one and I even developed a bit of a stutter, though it has gone away since. I still deal with memory issues even 6 months later. My short term memory is awful and if I don't concentrate on what I want to say, and what the point is, I will lose it! So many times now, I'm having a conversation. If it gets diverted even for a second, I will forget and ask the person I'm talking to, what were we talking about? It is NOT fun!

And of course being at a loss for words because comprehension is affected so speech follows. I've noticed some people might slur a bit. No it was 100% attention. Can't have revenge if you don't have the attention span that is at least at 50% capacity towards it. Can't get attention if you don't want it. 50% attention towards revenge mixed with 50% attention towards notoriety equals 100% actionable revenge based on full attention. In the case that it was 50%, that 50% would have to be counteractive to ones reasoning before it could be considered half and half in any direction. 50% attention is when you are fighting against a devil's advocate in your own mind. It is a form of mental crossroads. You can go left, you can go right, but you cannot feasibly go in the direction of left and right simultaneously because any attempt to do so means you are going straight ahead or behind you.

false accusations are criminal, however, it is often hard, nearly impossible, to disprove a negative. If you say something, and I were to call you racist or whatever, there is no possible way for you to disprove that claim, no matter what you say, no matter what you do. Especially with he said she said cases, if you don't have indisputable proof, the false allegation won't be found as a false allegation. And even on top of all of that, false allegations require a secondary court hearing, assuming the allegations go to court in the first place, meaning that to clear yourself of false allegations, you often need to go through two court cases going over years of your life. And on top of ALL of that, the court of public opinion often doesn't care what the courts say, people care aboot what they feel. For example, there are still many people who completely and utterly believe Amber Heard despite the massively watched public court battle.

And also. When you have a concussion, even if it isn't super bad, you can still tell someone has one. Like, at minimum, you would notice Difficulty comprehending, concentrating and/or paying attention or even Irritability, nervousness. Which she showed 0 signs of and to add on top of that, she's in a pretty decently well lit room with 0 signs of it bothering her. Like. I can understand having decent lighting for a video regardless of having a concussion, simply because of wanting to tell your story, but, if someone with a concussion did that, they would have very clear signs that the light was hurting. And. Well. Like you said, she has no bruises despite the "Legal" video on her account rn said she had Visible lacerations and Significant Injury. Like. The laceration. Maybe. We can't see her entire head. But Significant INJURY?? Bro. They pulled that straight out of their asses. Lol
Taking a tumble down TWO FLIGHTS of stairs would leave very visible bruises that would've stayed long enough to see in her video, but there are none. And i used to get bruised knees at work because i'd have to be on the floor with the kids and when i did finally quit, it took like, 3 fucken weeks for the bruises to fully clear up. They're real shit liars.

      @yeet6362 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

@@brittneyyyann Actually you can. Light sensitivity. Unless you're used to being concussed, you'll squint a lot because it'll feel like your eyeballs are being stabbed, which will also often cause red and/or watery eyes and guess what never happens? None of those. Not a single hint of light sensitivity, which happens with all concussions. But. Again. Let's say I'm wrong. She still lacks the "visible" and "significant injuries" her lawyer claims she sustained. If she hit her head hard enough to get a concussion, going down two flights of stairs would've left more than just one injury on her head and they would've been visible, like her face. Because idk about you, but, normally if you're going down a flight of stairs, you're hitting your face at minimum once on somethin and since she's tiny and the security guard is a pretty decent size, she would've hit her head, face and body and even more so, she would've been BADLY Concussed and it would've been hella obvious.
And to add even further, in her video, she said it happened Last Night, which means? She would've been reacting poorly to her nicely lit room, even if the lights were a bit dim, because it "just happened".

you'd be surprised how many people get salty about getting thrown out of a bar/restaurant/establishment and start doing shit like this. they're pissed they got kicked out and had consquences to their bad behavior so they overreact and make shit up or come back and do something to the bar or bouncers. happens all the time. these people suck. 💯

There are people who get a irrationally vindictive when they are rejected. She was told to go home. She’s clearly not a person who takes note for an answer very much and decided to engage in a crime to get vengeance against the business who did nothing wrong.

When are people going to realize that there are cameras everywhere even in the middle of the woods ( hunting trail cams and forestry wildfire cams)

I know not everyone uses social media, but I have to wonder, why isn’t her friend telling the same story? You’d think if this happened while both of them were being escorted out, surely the bouncer wouldn’t just throw one of them down the stairs, assault and manhandle only one of them, right? Let’s see how willing her friend is, when she’s subpoenaed to testify, to commit perjury under oath for her…

Idk. There's a lot of friends that don't want to get involved with stuff like that, even when the friend is in the right. (Not saying that she is)

The bar threw her out, she got butt hurt about it because she thinks she's special, she went on social media and lied about it, the bar posted a video showing she lied and there are still people acting like they don't know which side to believe...

Good, I hope the business continues this and others follow their example. In the last year, it seems more and more people are standing up for themselves regarding false claims, especially when things have a tendency to go viral, quickly.
