That water dispenser is great above the stove especially for filling up a pot for like boiling potatoes and pasta. I had to use it when I worked at Great Wolf Lodge in the kitchen. It’s definitely convenient to have if you need to boil stuff with water.

I have a stove spigot and it’s the best decision I made when I had my kitchen renovated 4 years ago. I use it every time I have to fill a pot with water to cook. You won’t regret getting one for your new kitchen!

In 2018 we stayed there where you are but across the street. Fell in love with that area. It really is a beautiful area. I haven't seen beaches that pretty. Not crowded, etc. Tons of stuff to do. Love the house you are staying in. Wow 😲 it's massive. ❤️
Yup, 30A is the best. This is coming from someone who lived in tropical weather in Asia for nearly her entire life, including 9 years on an island. We flew down all the way from Canada for an awesome week at 30A last year, and we loved it!

I don't have a pot filler but something I've always thought was silly about them was you still have to carry the hot water to the sink to dump it. I've seen them installed in the base of the island in a cut out for filling dog water bowls and that's so smart! Maybe something to think about for future puppies 🐶

I don’t have the pot filler....but we have the instant hot and cold water on the sink area! ( water is filtered) it is so handy! If I’m going to steam veggie I use the boiling water function all the time!
It looks like you have a great place to stay, I was amazed by all the toys in the garage. We are wanting to do a TN Christmas this year, maybe rent a cabin in Gatlinburg. My niece just had her bachelorette party there. They had a house with a pool. So that's what were looking for, so they have something fun to do in the winter months. TN is a beautiful state.
