@@TheOutdoorConquest yeah it was a challenge staying in a area, but I must have found the pike Hangout because I was catching the like crazy today lol total of 9 not counting on the miss bites and pop offs. I did get 1 LMB he was a good size 3.64lbs got him in the yak and the rod snapped 😭, But all in all a good day of catching 😄 😂.
I wouldn't take anything for my pedal drive. The Propel from Native is great for holding position or covering water on a search mission. Ive made a routine with the rudder handle and its no biggie. Sure, its aggravating in the middle of a retrieve. But sometimes you get hit on a pause, so I chalk it up to the law of averages. I put a Newport NK180 on the back of my Titan, so covering distance is no issue. And I can get sneaky with the pedal drive when I get there.
I used to feel the exact same way about pedal drives until I fished from the auto pilot. There is definitely pros and cons to all the different kayak platforms but for me personally it’s going to be tough to beat the sportsman autopilot package. Thanks a lot for stopping and watching!

Kayaking is work, but I don't mind. The super stealth way you get in fishy spots is worth it for me.
