That's what I wonder sometimes, if maybe those who are so intent on defending the busway violators - if maybe they're also misusing the bus lane. Not to defend these violators, but if there are so many of these people that you can make videos about them regularly like this. Then it's a sign that the system needs adjusting, on some level it's the government's fault that there are so many violators in the bus lane. Think about it like this. If there was so much rape and murder in a particular city or barangay then at some point you ask where these violators come from. Why do they feel the need to violate so easily? At what point is it the responsibility of the government do something about the situation? The high level of violators means there's a lot of room to improve in the system somewhere, the bus lane system? the general traffic problems we've been having? the amount of private cars in the Philippines? I think at some point, the responsibility goes to the people that make the decisions, not just the people that violate the rules to "get ahead".

Well most violators of the EDSA busway are really motorcycles. So putting a second camera there isn't going to change that. But I have thought about doing that just for the sake of not missing things when I'm moving around. There are some potential challenges, but I'm considering it 👍

@@JorgedelasAlas Sadly, the problem is not with coming up with the solutions. It's how to implement them.
ironic how the person riding in the bus lane needed to get a bus ride
In the Philippines, you can do all kinds of illegal stuff and disobeying the laws without going to jail. Filipino's do not respect the laws and the laws are scared to them. Government full of corruption. Third world country. Very sad.
What gets me is the people KNOW it's illegal and the officers do this every day but they STILL go through the bus lane. They should, both agencies, be given the authority to automatically impound the vehicle. Entitled people like these scumbags need to learn their lesson.
Why not showing the plate number?
I say again, increase the fines and penalty, they know how much but it's too low to determine them. Make it Php30,000, automatic license confiscation, suspension, plus impounding if they try to run.
Di nila gagawin yan 😂 pano sila kikita?

The enforcers should wear blinkers for their protection for them to be seen by those drivers
daan pa sa bus lane hahaha, pinasakay sa literal na bus si kuya haha
It’s a shame na alam na nilang bawal ang blinkers at pagdaan sa edsa busway pero cge pa din. nakakatakot talaga mga Goverment Employees natin.
Why blur the face and license plate, let the world know who is breaking the law.
Why are you muting it? I wanna know what the driver is showing it to the officer!
Good morning inf sir from Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦. I was wondering why don't you have a camera on a tripod sort of thing aiming at the EDSA bus lane and edit with the pull overs. So you will have stock video. I can see ppl complaining that your editing your videos on MC and not on other Vehicles. Just a suggestion sir
Well most violators of the EDSA busway are really motorcycles.
So putting a second camera there isn't going to change that.
But I have thought about doing that just for the sake of not missing things when I'm moving around.
There are some potential challenges, but I'm considering it 👍
@@GadgetAddict that's what I'm saying YOU put the camera there so uou can focus on other things at hand....then you got stock footage of your storys leading to your TH-cam....I think that would help you tons. And your headphones/mic is perfect. Usually the cheaper or middle of the road ones work way better then the big name brands
Shouldn't they allow Ambulance in the bus lane in case of emergency?? In india, in bus lane, authority allows ambulance as well

One of the problem is that the enforcers only apprehend the 1st motorcycle and not the 2nd or the 3rd motorcycle/vehicle
Same old, if caught tbey will argue but they already know they have a violation

As soon as they see the enforcers, these violators all leave the bus lane. Their own actions show they know they are in the wrong.
Nearly every driver or rider admits to knowing that they're not allowed to be inside the bus lane.
The most common reason given is that they're in a rush or they're running late.
Although some will just lie and insist they weren't inside the bus lane 🤷♂️ Or maybe some genuinely believe that - perhaps they weren't paying attention.
Why is the Supreme Court taking its time to rule on the non-contact apprehension?

Congrats Comute 😂🤣
Why do you have to blur it? It is recorded publicly, so THE PUBLIC PEOPLE must know who that driver is.
HOW MANY OF THE NO LICENSE PLATE MOTORCYCLES ARE FOUND TO BE STOLEN ??
Si kuya nahuli .. tanggapun daw...bawal ka kaya dyan.. 😂😂
