Your videos r amazing...thanks a lot.... I have lot of doubts on breathing while moving from one asana to another.... Like from warrior to reverse warrior...should we breath in or out....and going into extended side angle pose....what should we do....like this .... How should our breath flow be like while doing different asanas....or is it fine not to think much about it.. I hope u have understood my doubts ......pls reply mam....
Hi Chirag, breath awareness does come with a lot of practice. General rule of thumb you can follow is to inhale whenever you are expanding/opening the chest and exhale when contracting or going forward. However, as a beginner I would say don't worry about it too much. As your practice becomes deeper, it will come automatically to you.
Bharti ji...I have an issue while doing these poses. I am suffering from slip disk. Hence as soon as I start doing these poses, heavy pain starts in my back..
Hi Satish, yes you need to be careful while practicing asanas with a slip disk condition. You should avoid all forward bands as they can aggravate the condition.
