hello, im getting to the part where I type in "AUTH" and hit enter and whats coming up is... "auth1 response invalid" what am i doing wrong?

That GUI is actually not 100% reliable. I think it can't show more than 20 errors, while syscon keeps 30 of them. There's also an issue with determining which errors are the latest and which are not.

good to know. i fixed a few ps3 last year with it and what i came across is that you need to look through the log carefully. lots are false positives (such as the ones that pop up without all the hardware connected)

Almost every command I throw at this gives me the F0000003 error. I'm using this on linux & have tried both upper and lower case characters. I've also tried with diag grounded and not grounded. I can not for the life of me figure this out 😞 please help me if you can.

Can someone confirm me if ps3 board VER-001 must be inquiry for error code in CXR mode or SW mode
