6 phase meditation is awesome Vishen! It’s so holistic and has really helped simplify and deconstruct a loaded idea like meditation. It’s simple yet so effective! Thank you so much for creating this. Can I please request you to stay away from politics? There is so much negativity there and you keep posting stuff on Instagram supporting the victimhood culture in the states. I don’t see how it’s changing anything and instead is lowering the level of ideas that people seek from you and mindvalley! Kudos to the amazing work you do!!
I’m just here to say that this is where my forgiveness journey begun and five years later i’m helping people learn how to forgive themselves and others so they can begin their healing journey to awakening.
Love - Imagine someone you love. - Imagine they’re in front of you. - Feel in your heart, the love they fill you with. - Give this love a colour. - See your heart filled and surrounded by this colour light. - Imagine this light expand to fill your entire body. - You’re now surrounded by this light. - Feel this light expand to fill the room you’re in. - Imagine this feeling of love emanate from you to every being in the room. - Feel this light expand to the whole building. - Feel this light expand to your city, visualise it. - Say a mantra to the beings to help them, like “may you be free from suffering”. - Feel this light expand to your country, visualise it. - Feel this light expand to the whole world, visualise it. - Say a mantra to the beings to help them, like “may you be free from suffering”. Gratitude: (The Meditation recommends 3 item in each category, but I’ve written just one as I found 3 to be too rushed and complicated) - Bring to mind one thing from your personal life which you are grateful for in the last day, week or month. Focus on the emotion, love and joy which you felt. - Bring to mind one thing from your career which you are grateful for. Feel the emotions and give thanks for that moment. - Bring to mind one aspect of your being which you are grateful. Give thanks and gratitude, and feel the joy as you bring this aspect to mind. Forgiveness: - Think of an incident which caused a negative charge within you. - Bring to mind the person or incident which wronged you. Feel the pain, anger or emotion as you see the incident in front of you. Do this for one minute. - Change focus from the emotion, to the person who caused the pain. Think about what they might’ve been going through which caused them to behave like this. - Try to understand the way in which they see the world to allow them to do what they did. - Think about what you’ve learned from the incident. - Forgive them. Tell them you no longer want to hold on to this grudge and you set them free. - See them fade away. The incident no longer charges you. - If the incident was serious, you should do this over multiple days. The future: - Bring to mind 2 goals for your life in 3 years time. Imagine it. - What do you see, hear, smell? Colours? - Bring to mind the feelings knowing that this is your future. Your day ahead: - See each stage of your day unfold ahead beautifully. - Set an intention. - See each stage, going perfectly. - See joy, happiness, peace, love. - See yourself going to bed. The blessing - Ask for a blessing to support you on your life’s journey.
It's perfectly simple. As a theorical scientist and meditator for 30 years, I can say this meditation puts you "in wave" for a sane particle. Congrats!

Vishen I really love the concept of the 6 Phase. Thank you 🙏 However, as I become more experienced with mediating I find the pace too fast & the amount of speaking/instruction too much in all the versions of the 6 Phase I can find online. Vishen, I’d love it if you, or someone at Mindvalley, could release a version for experienced 6 Phasers - one that is slower, has loud/strong binaural beats & doesn’t have all the info/instruction/content that is relevant to a beginner, but not relevant/needed by an experienced 6 Phaser 😉🙏
This was my first time meditating. I was aware of my surroundings and then there were moments when I gave into the emotion completely. I cried during the forgiveness and gratitude phase Thanks vishen, it was surreal
I agree!!!, and something that works for me is to slow down the speed to .75. Not only that gives me time to visualize, but also the silent moments get a little longer ;) 💕

I am grateful to you, it is the first time I meditated after the 6 phases and I successfully passed the 6 phases; I managed to visualize my color and more in phase 6 it exploded into a perfect white with an abundance I didn't know I could do that. Thank you!
I really thought meditation is all something a crap. But the things happening to me right now and the way I getting in line with what I want and setting for my own self without any family or society interference. I try to ‘change out’ the - going to work … commuting … lunchtime … after work with friends … to something more relevant for someone retired, not working- no longer a ‘career’. Like gardening or house work or an art project. Some of us have way more behind us than ahead of us. 😊 I wish I could be here when you are 70, and at that point in time you create another lovely- creative meditation. Perspective . Francios Dimasaca There is a lot of different kind of meditation but I’m going to give you the one I’m doing every day at night. First I focus on my breathing then I put my awareness on different parts of my body, until I reach a state of stillness and peace(it’s when the brain shuts off), in the beginning you’ll be able to experience this state just during 5second, more you practice meditation more it’ll be longer. Have a great time with yourself, peace ✌️

I love this meditation. I cried when thinking of the people the loved the most, I cried during gratitude, forgiveness part was the difficult because I don't know whether I cried due to anger or due to letting go off that anger while forgiving few people. My favourite part is where we visualise our future. I can't stop smiling and I kept on smiling thinking about it whole day. I never knew meditation can do so addicting.
Vishen guided meditation is highly effective. I m in same environment, but after taking this session on Meditation, I feel so rejuvenated, happy and energetic. This meditation lifts me up and I felt all good things started coming my way itself. I do meditation with silent chanting.

A great discovery! I like this meditation, also the other versions. But, like most people, I thought it was too fast. Until I discovered something great: I slowed down the speed! From the upper right corner of the video, choose Speed and then 0,75×. It is much better!

Hi I'm from bangladesh I'm a 24 year age old! Before I was completely not believe any meditation, I was always wanted to experience real meditation but not able to do , every time I meditate I was not able to do..but after do this 6 phase of meditation I experience something which I not experience before it was very claim very different experience that you need to experience it... thank you so much for this meditation
