relatable to indian IT company where most of the indian companies are service based company working for others, and that is why young talented indians are preferring foreign product based companies where they are getting more exposure to learn new things and pay is also very high compared to other indian service companies.......india jab tak khudka banana shuru nahi karega tab tak koi bhi talented indian kitni bhi mehenat karle bina support ke aur exposure ke aage nahi ja sakta

It's is really painfull that even we have skilled artists but it's the mindset of the people the previous generation which discourages us to do anything bold it's not even their fault. I myself is an aspiring animator and yeah I too aspiring for bigger foreign countries. But if I get opportunity here I will definately be working for my country

I don't think India deserve anime because it's w creation of japan but we can make cinematic universe like Marvel and DC and now its start aslo by a tollywood director release a short trailer of movie Hanuman or hanu - man and he says it is a cinematic universe
It is weird paradox. People leave india cause of not enough pay, and chase dollars. But the reason for low pay is low rupee value and development. And to improve that they do need to stay in india and improve the system. Everyone thinking for themselves and not the upcoming generation.
it's not as simple as saying " improve the system ". also , i don't think you wanted to say " upcoming generation " cuz their upcoming generation is going to be with them , financially stable and happy with a parent who is satisfied with their job . if you mean they don't think about other people , no one does . i mean , if they can't even get a good job for themselves , how are they going to make good jobs for others?
we need some people to go on the frontlines and win some big battles to have others join the fight . it is kind of a paradox but not exactly as you've described it.

@@humanman9920 by upcoming generation i meant what Walt Disney did back then, made people realise over the years that this can be a career choice. Even if it becomes mainstream now, i think parents might accept animation as a career choice only if you are working in a big studio. I don't think just one person can do it, a group of people dedicated to make a single good short movie that appeals to the indian audience is enough for the boom. Anime had a boom cause of it's originality, to feed the same to indian audience won't work. And i am just talking about one of many aspects, i believe it may take many more years to have a many big studios producing animated content in india, that's why i talked about setting up a foundation we need people to stay here(not just individuals).

I'm still a kid who just passed 10th (without any efforts lol), I want to be a animator and work in Anime industry as it is the animes who inspired me. My drawing is self proclaimatorily good. I sometimes try to do animation in my phone as I don't have a PC or a drawing tablet. Tell me something, am I going the right path?
Yes do as you like but if you are thinking of making anime in japan then you should think one more time because in japan the animators are paid very less sometimes underpaid only some animation studious gives proper salary to animators its just the case as in india engineers are underpaid or paid less so dont go for anime go for disney or pixer animation

Neither job in music , sports, science research (own workstation) , Novel writing , Comic writing, game development etc. ----
that's why most of people after 12th or college they rely on government job , because they are expecting government to get them job instead make job by themselves

You know, we live in a country where even mentioning of you watching animated shows, whether they are anime or cartoon, a person is made a fun of to the extreme. There is no way in India, a good animated series or a movie cannot be made and people are ready to make them in all costs, but when the desired response is not given this demotivates the creator. However, we have to remember one whenever there has been something new it takes time to spread and get famous but the issue is that, for that to happen there must be a continuity. The superhero live action franchise became now famous while they were been making them since 1980s and same goes for anime too it was been made continuously by Japan and that’s why now it’s a huge thing.
When kids turn 12 age, they feel like watching bollywood movies and stop watching animated media makes them "matured" .....in realtiy...they are most immaturish....
I started with dbz later found a friend who is also a dbz fan. Then we started Naruto and other stuff then manga manhua. Now most of my other friend are anime watchers and sadly one who haven't watched any anime just make fun of it. But it didn't matter for us because they are the one who are judging us without and basis.
I have many dreams , but now my biggest dream is to make a manga , living in India only. Meaning of sucess in my opinion is to complete our DREAMS.

One day,One day I will make the Indian Anime Universe (Inime) and I swear I will do it at any cost...
Although I'm not good at animating but I made a story and it's not like I just came up with a thought but it's a work of 4 years I don't expect any profit from it I just want to do it so I better don't regret not doing so in future,
the 5 Arc or chapters are completed from total of 12 Arc's...and,
currently I'm raising funds from stock market/binary trading/and other sources...after 3-4 years I will start my Dream project and I'm sure till that the Anime fandom in India should be 1/4th of the population so my show gets more audience than I expect cause it's partially based on Indian mythologies.

Be careful using indian history.One japnese director created an anime on Ramayana but it hadn't released on Indian television becasue of Ayodhya issue. It was later aired on Indian Cartoon channels

I totally agree. When I was in class 11-12 I wanted to go in animation field. I researched a lot after which I got to know about things you just told. Fir apni line pe aagae aur bcom ki. Now I want to learn VFX and animation and work as a freelancer. From my research I got to know that freelancing is much better than working at studio if you see it in monetary term. You can still be in india and make good amount of money. It will also make your portfolio much better jisse foreign me job acchi milegi ( yes I wanna go to foreign nahi to freelancing).

You're the most informative anitube channel I've found so far. With every video, I'm getting some new knowledge and intel. I'm in 11th right now (PCM) and it's one of the crucial time, I think may be only me, to think for what to choose in career. I've think of becoming a writer or into animation industry as I've got a quite some interest into that stuffs since a year. Still, as a teenager, I have many constrains too like family issues and all. So I've to think for it many times.
And btw, to growth of animation industry in India, the main obstacle is the censorship here. "Only kids watch cartoons and animation". Until and unless this taboo will exist in society, our industry won't grow further in terms of it own
And also who want to settle adroad it also need money. Money= another job.
Toh us another job Ke liye alag mehnat. Then gather money and settle abroad to do animation.

I am currently in IT, suddenly took a interest in animation industry even decided for a second that i should change my career and start making my own animated movies so i started playing with blender and got to know i am not made for this 😹 ,so i request each one of you to first verify whether you have that drive or creative accumen to follow this career and this guy says it very clearly that it can be mere distraction. First you have to hire animators + script writers+color supervisor+background artist+sound effects artist+voice artist + editor and many more people to work for your creation. And just think how many wages will all those workers will demand

I am serious, if every animator on this channel meet each other and discussed about an "Indian anime" or they make an organization and animate anime in our own country we could probably can make a good anime. I can easily say that every person on this channel is mature enough to make a decent anime story.
