Hi there, I loved this tutorial. If I were to sell these as printable not a physical products how would I go about uploading them so that the person buying can’t sell them on as their own product elsewhere? Would you advise I brand them on the cards somewhere? Thank you x
You could absolutely put a small brand on the card itself yes. Unfortunately if someone really wanted to steal the design and sell it as their own even a small brand won't stop them though.
Thank you so much Rhonda! This was a wonderful explanation tutorial. I’m so glad I found your videos. I’m new at Canva and tutorial is so very helpful.
This is great but when I copy the design to a document it does bring over the watercolour back ground.is that correct? Or is there away of incorporating the watercolour too
If you have the background selected, it should copy over to another document. I would just save the file as a PDF though and that will make sure the background saves too.
Hi! Just found your channel and subscribed. Great information but can you do this for digital selling? I’ve just started a TikTok seller store, have chat gpt, Canva pro, and Etsy. If I get what you are saying, it’s better sell as print because selling as digital download is a tougher way to keep it as your own work that someone can steal & claim as theirs? This is all new to me. I’m a baby boomer needing to make some passive income. Also you didn’t mention how much you sell your memes for as a bundle & how (e.g., do you print out your own bundle and ship through UPS, USPS, etc?) Thanks so much for taking time to read and respond!
Yes you can definitely sell the digital version, it's completely up to you. I only sell printed ones at local markets I may set up at, I don't ship them at all. If I'm selling online, it's the digital versioin for people to print their own after buying the file. I don't mention prices for a lot of reasons, if you're unsure what you should charge I'd do a search for affirmation cards on Etsy and see what the average price is :)
