- There have been a lot of new foundation releases lately and this one was a complete surprise to me. If you've seen my accidental wear test on IG, you know this foundation lasts and looks really good on my dry skin. If you can find the right shade match I would certainly recommend this foundation. The Chanel No. 1 balms were also a surprise. I like the 2 I originally bought so much that I bought the remaining 4 shades. #chanel #nars

I took note of your hair cut on your previous and, I think, I may have forgotten to tell you how much I liked it - but I do prefer it the way you dry it, it's much softer and has a gorgeous "bounce" 😍
I don't have the Dolce Vita mini palette from the Unwrapped (I have Laguna and Orgasm). The Dolce Vita is so pretty on the eyes.
I've bought the Chanel no.1 foundation and the Glow Stick, which I'm returning. I think I'll get a couple of the little blusher pots, they're so cute and look very, very nice when applied.
If I can get my shade in the Nars foundation I'd like to try it, I appreciate how beautiful your skin looked - I want THAT look 😂

Foundation looks great on you, and also those Chanel balms. I definitely want to try on, and will try to get a sample of the foundation, to be sure I like it. I have really dry skin.
The foundation looks really nice on you. I got a sample in the same shade as you and it makes my skin look smooth I was amazed actually. I never had a nars foundation and I really don’t need a new foundation I have so many good ones but now I’m debating getting this for sure. I also really liked the dolce vita palette on you. Now I want it !

" To each it's own" is the motto of the day. I've seen both love/hate reviews on the Chanel 1 and recent Nars products. I guess it's a good luck and hope for the best!
so true! it can be very subjective and really depends on your type of skin, coloring, etc. I find that there are some people who have similar taste and skin type to me and when they love something, i usually do. ☺
Dimethicone or cone is the deal breaker for me. Dior=dimethicone
Chanel=no dimethicone in new foundation
Nars=no dimethicone
All that to say look at ingredients and how many different things they use and the types of “cones” in products. It makes all the difference which is why I can wear the new Chanel and nars and it looks fabulous on skin.

I always powder my face with loose powder.
Outstanding Hairstyle
The foundation is stunning on you! The past few yrs I’ve purchased some NARS eye/face palettes & their quality is very good. I also recommend their eyeshadow singles/duos. They are magnetic and I’ve made my own using an empty palette. Which I love considering I am very fair & love my light-mid tone shadows. I highly recommend the singles Kashmir, Fez, Tulum and their duo Portobello!
Yes. Those blushers are so scute. That’s my shade too. I am so confused which foundation to try tho. I love how close you are to the screen too

So pretty Jennifer!! I really like the blush look you did by combining the rosewood with the camelia! (I ordered the rosewood yesterday, lol. Its still on the Ulta website but shows sold out on the Chanel website.) Are they limited edition? Just curious 🤔

Thank you so much. I really think that this foundation is great for everyone but especially for those of us who may have a few more wrinkles. It’s lightweight and diffuses the skin. You can work with a Chanel SA and they will send you samples of different shades and/ or someone at Ulta. Chanel is always happy to make samples for you. At least in my experience 😊
Can you try rhe new dior hydrating glow foundation I’m sooo curious about the new shade they have in 00n. I haven’t seen any reviews on that shade yet 😭😭😭
I'm wearing that foundation in my recent review video.th-cam.com/video/Ah40VMWOK9g/w-d-xo.html. I actually don't like the foundation at all. it's not glowly and looks bad on my skin. can get a sample of 00N and try it on my skin but i can't recommend the foundation.
I think Nars has always had good quality products(with maybe a few misses like every brand). It’s just been so uninspired for a while. Other than the packaging it was a lot of the same, and no formula innovations.
And damn it, I’m like “2022 is the year I use up some of my foundations” and then every brand is popping them up like crazy! 🤣 I decided to go for the Salt New York Sneaky Balm since it’s so different from what I have but I do want to pick a sample of this up for the future.
I need to try that. I do love Salt NY... you know the Chanel balms remind me of them...
Hey Jennifer- I love the Chanel cheek & lip balms- more for cheeks but still I do pat it on my lips occasionally when at home for moisture and a pop of color. How do you like the outcome from micro blading your brows?
I love it! I went super conservative and did as little as possible and will likely do more when I go back in two years
