Chocolate Pot de Crème (for Two!)

This is one of my favorite desserts. The beauty of stovetop pot de crème is that you don't have to deal with a water bath. It comes together very quickly, and after an hour of chilling, it's ready!
This recipe yield is for 2, but most recently I served it in these small wine glasses, and I was able to stretch it to 4. The recipe on my blog yields a much larger quantity: 8 to 10
