Went to Oman in February very unexpectedly. It was amazing, I loved it so much everyone was so kind and the hospitality was amazing!! Looking forward to going back again in the future!
I like this edit. Like present plans then showing us the things you experienced while still telling us want to expect then future plans to present updates. Moving back and forth in almost 12 minutes. Amazing
The entrance two security points (one for body check up, other for bags) were there at Colombo Airport because the country had 30 year long civil war. After it ended 2009, gradually security were relaxed. But after 2019 April 21 attack, again those measurements were reinstate.
So looking forward to seeing your Oman adventures. My dad worked there in the early 80s and I visited twice when I was 4 or 5. Many happy memories of such a beautiful friendly country.
I actually did a bear grylls experience in Oman. Sleeping in a wadi under the stars with wild goats as company. An experience I will never forget. Love the vids
Ya, it's crazy to think about how much has changed in the last month. We're just super thankful that we got to see and do as much as we did at the beginning of the year and that so far we've remained safe and healthy. One day we'll pick back up with those travel plans 😊
I’m sorry, I was sad too when y’all were talking about your plans. Some days it’s easier to be positive than others but, we will get through it. Thanks for the video!
I love Oman, its an amazing country. I am glad u guys r uploading these awesome vlogs so that I hav something positive to see in this lockdown cuz of corona pandemic. Love from Bangladesh.
Very excited for this Oman series! I've heard so many good things. It might be one of the first places I visit when this whole situation comes to an end...
What a bittersweet video guys. Your excitement as you listed your plans for the year. Stay safe and well and we can look forward to more of your adventures next year.
When you were talking about your travel plans, I literally said out loud that I was now sad. As soon as I said that you cut to yourselves in STL. Keep safe! Hopefully you’ll be able to travel sooner than later.
I am a resident here in oman for the past 21 yrs. I am currently living in ghobrah.the buildings are painted white cause they reflect heat due to being very hot here in oman.for colour changes of a building u need a permit from the oman government.
Tiaesha Nicole for sure! i have had my eye on Oman but not a lot of TH-camrs have done justice to portray its gems! so.. super excited for this because i know we will all be getting the detail we need🤩
Maybe when this is all over you guys could head north and see some more of Canada, the best trip I've ever been on was going to the Maritimes and seeing Nova Scotia and New Brunswick! I had to cancel my plans to see PEI this year but am already thinking about next year.
I would really love to see Eric and Allison go to PEI one day. It's on my bucket list but I have no idea if I actually ever get to go there. I'm from Finland myself and PEI isn't very easy to get to from here. Seeing the world through the endless andventure videos is amazing though, especially now
I was so sad as you listed your travel plans. My heart goes out to you. I know your used to traveling, but with the restrictions slowing us all down I've began to realize everything I've taken for granted. Sincerly, bunkered up in South City STL.
Aww... it was so bittersweet listening to your update of all your big plans... but I'm also glad you left it in, because it's sort of a good time capsule of just how insanely quickly our world changed. I had a solitary experience in that I'm an elementary school teacher... and while we knew that closures were a possibility at some point, we left school March 12, and abruptly never went back. I was allowed in for a very restricted 10 minutes to get my essential materials, and it was so sad and eerie... seeing all the materials we has laid out to use the next day, the kids materials waiting for them...and they closed our buildings the rest of the year. It's so strange!
Thanks for posting this. It soooo helps with the quarantine. Do you have video from past journeys you didn’t use and can now make into some vlogs. Safe journeys.
My parents lived and worked in Abu Dhabi for a few years and that was my destination every year while they were there. I did a road trip with my dad into Oman and went up in to he mountains, eerily quiet, I’ll never forget it. The Emirates are a beautiful place. Lots do and see, totally worth a visit.
We took a 30 day vacation 2 years ago. It was just myself and my 2 kids for the majority of it. We did 8 nights in Disney World, 4 nights at Universal, 14 night Panama Canal cruise on the Disney Wonder and then 3 nights in Disneyland. My husband flew out from Wisconsin to surprise the kids at Disneyland. By far the best trip ever... cannot wait to get traveling again! ❤️ your videos!!
Now, that you mentioned something about going to Africa, I suddenly realised, that this whole continent is totally unvisited by any of the travelling people I follow. So, I really appreciate it! 😀
Alisson” this year it’s been so much fun for us”..How it can change in a flash. Can’t wait for next vlogs. Stay safe out there. Cheers from Portland OR
How quickly it all changed... We're just trying to remind ourselves of all the adventures we were lucky enough to have at the start of the year. One day we'll make all those lost plans a reality. 😊Stay healthy and thanks for the support! 🙌
I would totally recommend Chile guys. Crazy landscapes and sites to visit, beautiful Atacama desert in the north and epic Patagonia in the south. Definitely worth a visit
What an amazing yet heartbreaking vlog. Oman looks amazing so far but so were your upcoming plans. I got so excited when you mentioned Africa. I went to Kenya, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe in 2005. Hot Air balloon over Masai Mara during the animal migration to the Serengeti has got to be placed on your bucket list. I cannot stress this enough! Stay safe!
@@Theendlessadventure We went with a company called Adventures Aloft in Kenya. It was early morning like the ride you did at Cappadocia and also had a champagne buffet breakfast in the open plains afterwards. Seeing herds of elephants, zebras, and wildebeests on the move was stunning. Also saw a pride of lions. Possibly the most incredible morning of my life. I hope you guys get the same experience!
I think that you should go to small out of the way towns & find the gems that are out there, especially food wise. My hometown of Marinette, Wisconsin is right on the bay of Green Bay & has the greatest old time hamburger joint that is straight out of the 50's and 60's. They have barely changed anything. The name of the place is Mickey-Lou's. Check it out!
Puerto Rico!! From bathtub warm oceans ( in Dec) and soft, warm sand to exploring an incredibly old cathedral in San Juan, to amazing drives in rural areas, we then ended up exploring a rainforest. Amazing waterfalls, trees and more. And the food, my gosh the amazing food!!!
I made it to the end of the video! A couple of the best adventures I’ve ever going on are taking cross country road trips around the USA, and two separate trips I’ve taken to El Salvador. Trapeze jumping into a lake formed in a dormant volcano in El Salvador was particularly epic.
For my 50th we went to Denver to see our friend and then drove to Zion Park, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons. Most amazing trip ever.
When this is all over you will have to visit Egypt. I have been many times and it is still crazyyyyyy. Especially Cairo traffic ! Dahab is beautiful. Luxor is amazing and Hurghada for the beaches. The food is fantastic as well :) Oman is on my bucket list and can't wait for the next uploads.
Serbia, beautiful country, people of Serbia are so welcoming and friendly, food is very good. Belgrade is a must see. Just go when all this quarantine comes to an end. You'll love it. Allison, I love your happy dance.
It is a very sad year for travelling. Not only can we not go anywhere. We don't know when we might be able to resume travelling again. So any vlog, is much appreciated by me. Oman, looks like it might just have to join my list now for the future. Looking forward to your next post. Stay well and plan, plan, plan, because l look forward to the future as l am sure you both do too.
One of the most underrated destinations! The nature and landscapes in Oman are breathtaking. Can't wait to see your omani adventure and reminice. Where I'd wadi be right now 🇴🇲🇴🇲💙💙💙
looking forward to the oman series i have lived and worked in muscat oman for 5 years and visited all over the country and i think it is the best country in the middle east and prbably one of the best in the worls because of its people
Seriously guys your stuff just keeps improving whatever it is your doing to make it work keep doing it while looking after yourselves of course you hear !!!
Wow guys! I caught this just 19 minutes after posted! So glad! Luv it! I’ve never done so many parts of the world so I luv seeing this stuff. Oman isn’t even something on my list yet, but I feel like the list keeps expanding every time you guys go somewhere new! 😉😂 My epic adventure was a few years ago when my family found an amazing 15 day train trip to the German Christmas markets! Getting to return to Europe, see more of Germany (return to some favorite places and see lots of new ones!), visit some new countries including Austria and Switzerland (Zurich is expensive man!) and really do Christmas up right was so cool. And the tour was so nice to have accommodation booked and extra tours (like sounds of music in Salzburg) already set and we were even able to bring my tiny grandmother whose in her 80’s with a cane get on and off ask those trains! So cool! I’d totally recommend it! 🚂 in Europe is the best!
That sounds like a magical trip! So cool that your whole family got to go! Christmas markets are one of our favorite things about Europe, so I can only imagine how amazing that must have been 😍
My best adventure was an Airbnb Experience in Bali. I met my young guide and he and I went in search of hidden waterfalls. He was extraordinary because he encouraged me when I didn’t have confidence in myself. He laughed and smiled the whole day as we maneuvered through the jungle paths. At one of the waterfalls he said let’s go for a swim...and we did. I will never forget that day as long as I live.
Watching this on Sunday 4/19. Must have been asleep when the notification came. Love your travel days because it is reassuring that we too can survive confusion at the airport. I guess my "Epic Adventure" happened 21 years ago. I traveled cross-country, on a bus, alone, with a broken hand. Had some fun times. Met a protégé of Prince. He gave me his CD to show me he was legit. I think it was part of my midlife party. Got to California, had surgery to fix my hand then traveled back home alone with a cast on my hand. Good times!
Hiking through the Draakenburg mountains in South Africa and getting to the top of the secon highest waterfal in the world and going on safari twice while I was in Africa in 2009. Really want to go back there especially Uganda as I sponsor 2 children there. 5 weeks in Africa was amazing.
Aw! I'm sad the Sri Lanka series is over! I had a great time following along with you guys on all your videos! Take care and have a safe rest of the journey - I'l check out some of your other videos soon, as I subscribed, but for now I took loads of notes for SL and can't wait to go later this year!😍
I'm so excited to see what you did in Oman. I wasn't sure if I would ever go back; Your videos will be the deciding factor. We were there this past March, (on a cruise) as well (March 8thand 9th), and we did the boat tour in the fjords , snorkeled , and watched the dolphins as they swam along with us while we were on the boat. We also explored the city and bought perfume, frankincense, and saffron.
As usual, thank you so much for the awesome video! You two are my favorite travel TH-camrs! The craziest adventure I ever had was being on a boat in between island in the Philippines. We hit some crazy weather and it was the first (and only) time that I've ever experienced weightlessness. The boat kept going up and down into water canyons that were crazy!! It was the wildest thing I've ever done!
I just saw your vlog And its great for a couple I am from Philippines a pinoy and fascinated that you two love TukTuk a lot! I hope you see my comment and hope to video more about tuktuks riding it
Love yr videos, sorry for canceled plans...i got plane tickets to go back home on the 18 may because since i left, Romania ,Timisoara,i never went back ,it s been 25 yrs...hope by summer is getting better and we can all travel again...fingers crossed!
I did an amazing six week trip way back in the 1990's with my brother (who is a botanist/ecologist) and a friend of his who was scouting out to set up his own eco-tourism company, went to Turkey. We flew to Istanbul where we stayed for a few days, then flew to the north coast ending up in Trabzon before hiring a car and driving up in to the Kachka Mts where we spent two weeks hiking. We then drove to Kars and back via Lake Van and across central Turkey. One of the most amazing trips ever! I had an incredible experience which has remained with me all these years. Istanbul was fantastic, but getting over to the east of Turkey, seeing the Silk Road and eating wonderful food was something I will never forget.
Whoa! That sounds like such a fantastic trip! We loved Turkey and to this day a full Turkish breakfast is one of our favorite meals. 🤤I imagine the mountains were beautiful to hike through. Glad you were able to experience such an incredible adventure 🙌
Ugh, nothing like running around an airport. 😆 Your hotel, in Oman, looks nice. Awesome that there’s a washing machine. We’re very excited for this Oman playlist! End of episode ~ Our craziest/amazing trip was hiking in Nepal last year with the kids. We had fantastic views of Annapurna.
@@Theendlessadventure Trekking in Nepal is amazing, and should be on everyone's bucket list!! It was actually in Kathmandu, after the trek, that we found out Kelly was pregnant with baby number 3! 🇳🇵🏔 👶
I'm watching this in 2023 because I'm planning a trip to Oman, 2020 and the stay at home orders seem like a different life now that travel opportunities are available again. I appreciate travel much more now after all the restrictions and you made the most of 2020 in the end by buying the RV.
Ugh, I'm so sorry this pandemic is happening!! I watched to the end, as I always do and I appreciate all of your adventures! Stay Well Family! God bless!
Nice video. Sorry your plans had to be disrupted. It's cool you guys are in St.Louis, I'm in Kansas city so we're technically neighbors. Looking forward to watching the rest of your Oman trip videos. Thank you and stay safe.
And then came the pandemic... My most epic trip was probably Alaska, although Ireland def. had it's moments. In Alaska I did a hike in Denali National Park on the Triple Lakes Trail. 11+ miles in the pouring rain. The weather was miserable (though I dislike rain much less than you seem to), I was cold and wet the whole time, but it is without question the most beautiful place I've ever been and the rain made it prettier. No wildlife sightings though (the weather was too bad even for the bears and moose, though you had to be aware they were out there somewhere!)
That sounds beautiful, but we definitely would not have been happy hikers in that rain... 😅Glad it kept the bears and moose away (although it definitely would have been cool to see one from a very safe distance 😊). We'd love to visit Denali properly one day!
Hey Adventurers! One of our favourite travels was around the Andalucia region in Spain - Seville, Cordoba, Granada and more - incredible cities, all very different to each other. Awesome food too - mix of Spanish and North African tastes
Best trip was our roadtrip across England. We never drive on our vacations, so that alone was different, but with it being on the opposite side of the road AND my husband’s first time driving a stick shift was quite the adventure! We watched all of your England videos before going and ended up taking a very similar path. Gatwick to the far north of the Cotswolds, all the way down through the Cotswolds to Bath, then over to Cheddar, of course had to make the tourist stop at Stonehenge, spent a night in London, then back to Gatwick.
Come visit the Atlantic Canadian provinces. There's an amazing amount of activities in all areas of New Brunswick, PEI, Nova Scotia including Cape Breton's "Cabot Trail" and the site of Europe's first visitors to North America (the Vikings) in Newfoundland & Labrador.
At 20 I took off for a couple of years with no help from family or friends, and only a backpack. I travelled the south, joined up with a carnival, travelled as far north as Canada and as far south as Costa Rica and ended up living in Texas, twice lol. Not bad for a Jersey boy!
Helped a California police team on the Baker to Vegas race stayed awake 24 hours tiring but very rewarding , hope we can see a bit more of St. Louis if possible , stay healthy guys 👍
It was so sad to see you sharing all the exciting things you had planned and knowing what came of them. Hopefully not too long before you can revive them 🤞🏻

Im loving all these travel vlogs during quarantine!!! Thank you!!
I just saw your vlog
And its great for a couple
I am from Philippines a pinoy and fascinated that you two love TukTuk a lot!
I hope you see my comment and hope to video more about tuktuks riding it

I am truly excited about seeing your future adventures, where ever they maybe.
Tasmania is always a good choice.
This makes me want to move Oman 🇴🇲 up on my list of places to visit! Thanks so much for sharing. 😊
Listening to you both sounding so excited about your plans, my heart broke a bit. You really managed to make the most of the year in the end though 🙂
UK watcher here!
Hope you get to go back to New Orleans, we went there for Wrestlemania a few years back and it was incredible!
Two thumbs up...Glad you guys are safe....Stay healthy and happy....Cheers and
Gods Blessings from Canada.
This is so cool. I have been to Muscat a few years back. Can't wait to see the old familiar places. Thanks for sharing.
Omani people loves you ❤️💜😍
And I’m from Oman. السلام و عليكم
وعليكم سلام
Ugh, nothing like running around an airport. 😆 Your hotel, in Oman, looks nice. Awesome that there’s a washing machine. We’re very excited for this Oman playlist!
End of episode ~ Our craziest/amazing trip was hiking in Nepal last year with the kids. We had fantastic views of Annapurna.
Whoa! What an adventure!! And how cool that you were able to experience it as a family 🙌
@@Theendlessadventure Trekking in Nepal is amazing, and should be on everyone's bucket list!! It was actually in Kathmandu, after the trek, that we found out Kelly was pregnant with baby number 3! 🇳🇵🏔 👶
I went to Morocco last summer and got to explore Fes a bit and it was amazing!!!
Loved your vlog 👍. shooting style and content is fabulous 👍
Sounds awesome can't wait to see more!
Heard many good things about Oman maybe, one day I'll visit hopefully. Cool video!
God bless!
Thanks so much for the support and adventuring with us! Hope you and your family stay healthy as well!
Thank you coming to our beautiful country (Sri Lanka)
It would be great to see an RV trip through the national parks and the surrounding areas
Especially Yellowstone.
Thank you for coming to my country! You guys are welcome
😂 حتى انا
Also flew Oman Air and LOVED it!! Would deffo fly with them again!
hope you enjoy staying here in OMAN!
It made me so sad to see you guys edit this and mention everything had been cancelled. :( hopefully soon you guys can start exploring again!
interesting to see the last place Avicii saw. I know nothing of the country but through these videos I’ll see what makes that country.

Looks great 👍😊. Looking forward to the next video.
Same!
At 20 I took off for a couple of years with no help from family or friends, and only a backpack. I travelled the south, joined up with a carnival, travelled as far north as Canada and as far south as Costa Rica and ended up living in Texas, twice lol. Not bad for a Jersey boy!
From Oman 🇴🇲 and welcom to all people around the world 😊, i hope you all have a good health🌹
We're all in this together 🌍 ✌️
@@RockTheParkOfficial absolutely, bro 👍
I'd like to see you guys do the scratch off map video and talk about your travels so far!
