Quick correction, the discrete graphics card in the Latitude 3420 is not a GTX 1060 but either a Geforce MX350 or MX450 which would be closer to a 1050 than a 1060. Also, even if the graphics cards have a relatively low TDP, the cooling solution on this thing is quite bad and your laptop will get hot quite quickly.
if you're gonna play modern triple A games, absolutely not. If you are gonna play older titles from before 2018 then I should be able to run em pretty smoothly
I have one and it is one of the worst laptops I've ever had. The battery lasts for 2.5 hours tops.
