Are you familiar with the book Disjointed Navigating the Diagnosis and Management of Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders? We have to rebuild our basic because we are OFF there. We don't even feel neutral as natural.
The chiropractor is helping a lot with the hypermobility. Like my brain is more aware where my body is and somehow it's going out less. Combined with my gentle strengthening programme its really made a difference.
It’s crazy that they rule out EDS because you don’t have a first degree relative diagnosed with it. You may well have a relative with EDS undiagnosed because no one in the family has ever sought a diagnosis. Someone has to be the first in the family to be diagnosed.
I my word, this sounds like me. Thank you.
Thanks Melissa I know exercise is really tricky with these issues and glad you addressed the topic! 💜

Souds like hypermobility, and ehlers danlos ?
I'll never know! Public rheumatology won't diagnose it and private specialists with eds have years long waitlists (and cost a fortune)
