Great video - showing the reality of part-time farming (Hobby Farming as my German manager once called it... it's anything but a hobby!). My sister used to call me Dipping Dagging Dosing Dave as it was always something like that i was at. We left the sheep, thankfully.
Always like these videos when Alan and John are sorta having a chat, just shows that it’s not all roses and a lot of farmers do have to work full time just to make ends meet. Keep up the good work guys!
Great Video and what I liked about it was the integrity and personal view about the pressures facing Alan a Full time job and running a farm.....NOT easy..but your vids are great and as frustrating as some things might be....you are doing a great job and your videos are compelling viewing 👌👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Alan I love the frustration complaining and struggles because that's what real farming is about 👌👍👍it's not all plain sailing. You will have good times but it's good to show the tough days
Oh heck, it's that time of the year again, the tension is mounting. 😂 Good luck with the lambing hope it all goes well, look forward to seeing all the cute little lambs (he loves em really). Lovely video.
Lambs are worth serious money at the moment, about 7 euros a kilo of hanging weight Maybe you'd put up with sheep for longer if it stays at that price 🤣
8:43 I love the "GIVE WAY" sign blocking the door.
And the roundabout sign at 9:53. Cattle and sheep do go round and round but not the way you want.

Great vid Alan!
Great video again lads I rather pick stones in my bare feet than lamb sheep again
Nice shed roof
Alan the main man
Fair play John
I've got a good idea what if you film the lambing for a week, boss can set the camera on tripod and help you out 😉😂
Pomme
When are we opening the pit?
how did calving go this year Alan
Bit like our place, an odd road sign for a door😂😂
You should go to Scotland and cover the haggis hatching session
Where did ya get the hurdles big Alan? Need a lock myself at a good price
Why were u stepping across the timber every time with the hurdles putting them on the manitou.Drive forward a foot
Nice video 👍😁
Did a roof come off
There's more roads sign in this farm. than on the road
Hey nephew.........few words of advice........run away as fast as you can.....do not show an interest......you will just end up like alan......
They will pay for themselves the metal hurdles where wood be bugered in couple of years

Three boys standing around, not getting much done! Know why? You've only got one hammer! But more hammers, you'll be fine.
Have you lost weight Alan? 😉
